Disappointing, considering we were in it for most of the game. Thought Adams was gassed towards the end, especially with Nance Jr. in the game.

Damn are CLE's new additions playing well for them...

Horrible game on both sides of the floor. Russ and Melo chucked all night long and didn't play any defense. Adams was doing all he can. George was too passive.

Playing Grant instead of Patterson again even tho Patterson-Adams is the best Adams two man lineup. Donovan can go **** himself.

Russ played at his normal level i feel like this woulda been an easy win.
Adams seems to give the Cavs fits.
PG goes to the hole too soft
Russ played like ****
Melo a liability on D
Abrines will not cut it at the 2
I am slowly warming to Grant and his spidermonkey type ways

I knew this would be a loss. Did not think that Russ or Melo would play well after the layoff. Melo played better than expected.
Biggest reason I figured this would be a loss is that Lebron gives a damn again. That and Cleveland added a bunch of guys that while streaky, they can also go off at random. (e.g Jordan Clarkson)

So many unforced turnovers

Why is it so hard to play 2 of the 4 at all times? The bench doing their usual no show outside of Grant

Abrines 1 3PA in 22 minutes before those final 2.

Grant 3 in 21 minutes (one got waived off).

One guy can shoot, the other guy can't.

Abrines was worthless. Absolutely worthless. If we had 1 more player who actually belongs in the NBA, we would be legit.

One team gave crap to acquire Rodney Hood, the other didn't.

This is true. They were legit when they had Roberson. A healthy Roberson and another player that belongs in the NBA would have been nice.

I think Utah legitimately values Crowder. I don't think they would value anyone we have on our roster available for trade. We would have needed a first rounder to get it done.

We had one. And then we wasted it on Jerami Grant.

Even these lower end guys who can give you something most nights would of been an upgrade.

Justin Holiday, Temple - these guys cost that much in a trade?

I guess this tempers the “OKC shows up for big games” crowd a little bit.

Surprised that it was as close as it was since I didn't think we played all that great & they were making everything they threw up.

Wish that Russ would have just sat this one out & came back tomorrow. Didn't look like himself because there were a bunch of times where regular Russ would just put his head down & attack the paint where he just slowed it down. Wasn't the usual Russ not attacking game where he stops after not getting calls & just starts chucking 3s, he just wasn't attacking like normal.

Also if the plan is that whoever is playing the SG spot is just never going to shoot, it is beyond worthless to have Abrines start since that's the thing he does. Might as well just put Huestis out there for defense until we actually sign Tony Allen to assume the Robes role. Abrines scored 16 I think it was the other night & we just didn't get him any shots tonight.

I'll give them a pass for this one given that Melo and Russ were returning from injury. It was obvious that Russ wasn't fully up to speed, he was pretty passive overall.

Russ had a really bad game, even if the stats don't entirely show it. He was wild.
