Average team, well coached. Let the Boston game be a lesson and actually give a ****.

In a world where George stays and we have the ability to build a competent team, I imagine josh Richardson on the roster. He’s the reason I may decide to watch. We’ll see.

Exactly. Boston was just a series of unfortunate events for the Thunder but it’s a stark reminder that Westbrook needs to always play defense and work on his free throws. For Melo, it’s a reminder that he needs to stay ready.

I think he is still has some left in the tank. He’s just having a difficult time going from 1st to 3rd/4th fiddle. If I had to guess, he will retire in a couple of years.

The main problem was offense, not defense. Our DRtG with Russ on the floor was 96, but our ORtG was just 101. Our defense was better than Boston's, but we never found any rhythm offensively. Did we score on consecutive possessions in this game?

Melo played a good game save for shooting a little much and missing those free throws. It's not a coincidence he was a team high +/- - this was one of his best defensive games of the season.

I was speaking about Russ not putting a hand up to contest Rozier’s shot. I get that you don’t want to foul, but at least try to get a hand up.
And I don’t doubt Melo played well. But that’s huge for a star player to miss two crunch time free throws like that.
Anywho, I expect OKC to come out 110% ready. I’ll be curious to see how Billy responds to the criticism of him not staggering the Big 3’s minutes.
And funny but we have much more evidence the latter hurts the team more than the former.
This is where analytics bother me. If russ went a played on his Nintendo Wii U when he crossed half court instead of staying with his man, but the numbers said it wasn’t killing us, is it really good defense or are we just playing with fire? FYI, This comment is independent of Billy doing stupid stuff.

I'm still not saying he's some great defender, but he's hurting far less than a lot of people want to imply. He's pretty average.

2 at all times.
Pretty simple concept that I’ve been asking for since the start of the season.
Felton Abrines PG Patterson Adams
Russ Brewer Grant Melo Dakari
This is the worst bench in the league. Make the change.

MIA bench averages 39.5 PPG. The OKC bench needs to show up
