Yep. Carmelo needs to be benched. There is no other way around it. He can't play at the end of game now or in the playoffs.

Player of the game, definitely Carmelo for me (but not on a positive note).

Grant was amazing, our bench kept us in the game.

Overall a very interesting game, unfortunately with the bad ending for us.

Have to close with grant there. They couldn't stop him. Melo either refuses to try at all at times on defense, or has lost any ability to move. Either way it's bad, but one of those is true.

Sounds like Melo was awful

At least they can’t face POR till the WCF if they stay in 4th

As of right now, Jerami Grant might be a better player than Melo. And that's not a good thing. Not at all.

At least Kanter was treated like a role player.

I don’t know what this offseason brings for this team but I’m ready for change. It’s likely change only for the sake of change but I can’t handle this. George is playing just like Oladipo did at times last year and that’s not coincidence.

Grant had 17 points on 5 shots. Melo had 6 points on 13 shots.

He’s been struggling since the all star break. Even the games he’s had decent numbers in, he just hasn’t been himself.

I personally think that donovan would of been fired if he didn't start melo earlier in the season or even later. I don't think it would have gone well in the locker room either. Melo still consider himself a starter in this league. Man I liked okc last season but I thought that melo trade wasn't the right fit for you guys.

Well...I don’t disagree with that. Hence my change for the sake of change comment.

Things always change. Honestly this team without Melo would be the best one. Well and a new coach.

I’m not a fan of dononvan but Melos ego is something that could be an issue. I’m not giving dononvan a pass but rather giving Presti some of the blame.
