Was the possession that we needed a stop on to win the game at the end of regulation a wing driving on Adams and scoring...While his initial defender was not in fact Russell Westbrook, but Corey Brewer? Yes.

Problem is, they are going to kill themselves just trying to make it. They have blown so many games. We should be at a point where we could be resting starters, but not with Billy Dumbo. We are going to get every teams best shot from here on out.
This team just continues to surprise me with how poor they can play. How many times did westbrook miss point blank lay ups? Adams seems to be getting tired and has shown it the last two games. This season literally couldnt have gone any worse. 44 wins with 5 games left?! Man i did not see that coming.

We just cant seem to beat teams in our division
If you had given me odds before the first of the season that we'd beat last year's win total I would have taken out a second mortgage on my home to bet that we would. Now, that literally likes like it might not happen.
of course they wall it off. that's what teams do to westbrook now because he can't shoot.
the anecdote with carmelo anthony and jerami grant is finally some evidence that the players call the shots on this team. billy thought carmelo should go in but carmelo kept himself out. lends credence to what most of us have suspected.

That’s how I felt when we lost at Sacramento. I’ve had peaks and valleys but never really bought in since that night.
This feels like a legit, 'these **** might not make the playoffs' sort of moment. And if they don't make the playoffs, management may seriously consider blowing it up. Lot of money down the drain.
Hopefully this game illustrates that you shouldn't take this team or season seriously at this point. I watched the second quarter and just turned the game off until I saw the score was closer. Sure enough they blew the game at the end of the fourth and lost the lead again to go to overtime. This team wins off of dumb flukes and not actual strategy. The losses actually make more sense. The patients are running the asylum and its time for electroshock therapy.
Do they even deserve the playoffs with how they have been playing? Let the more deserving teams in.

Its 2016 Houston, been saying it for months.
mike d'antoni and lou williams ain't walking through that door.

I'd settle for literally anything.
I'm just tired anymore, its not even fun watching or talking about this team very much. They're bad. And in the same ways they have always been this year.
Needless to say, I will be paying extremely close attention to how Presti handles this offseason and the trade deadline. Other than that, I just can't watch anymore OKC basketball until the playoffs. I need a mental break. This is the most frustrating team I've ever watched play bar none.
