Seeing Hield hit 3s while we straight stink it up from 3 makes me sick.

our communication on defense is pretty bad. paul george wanted TLC to switch onto hield on the three before the last one and TLC didn't do it because george didn't appear to signal it. maybe he said something, impossible to know, but there was a breakdown there. then in the scramble drill nobody picks hield up. we're really bad in scramble drill usually because our guards (esp. russ) release like crazy.

I'll take the blame. I hadn't watched any of the game until after MNF was over. I turned it on and it was 91-89. The Kings had only scored 22 points in the 2nd half. They've already scored 18 points since I started watching.

And that'll do it.

The ****ing Kings, man. They own us.

Westbrook and PG a combined 16/42. Westbrook obviously settling for threes and post ups because he's too tired to attack the defense, hopefully that improves with conditioning. George's dead foot is probably making a comeback for the post game interview.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Westbrook stinking up the joint, crappy ball movement, bad rotations. Yep, this is Thunder basketball.

Have to figure TLC getting little to no run so far this season plays into that.

Been trying to tell y’all. These Kings are not the Kings of old. A lot of shooting on their squad.

Just annoying to lose two games to the Kings. I know they're better but it really feels like they got very lucky with the timing of each such game what with Russ coming back off injury and being totally out of sync in each.

You see, good shooters usually make shots, bad shooters don't.

russ would be so much better if he had control of his emotions and wasn't so volatile. he's leaving so much on the table with his attitude and approach to the game in this way. it's fun when it works and all fits together but on average he could be on another level if his decision making and attitude were more consistent.

It's so true. In a certain sense he's a waste of talent. I know that sounds absurd for as great as he is but you pair that athleticism with a smarter player he might be the best of this generation not named Lebron.

these are the kind of schroder games we'll get from time to time. does this game put him below 50ts on the year? probably close. he needs to be really good on offense to justify his minutes with westbrook and we're not gonna get that imo.

A pass to Schroder in the corner for 3 reminds me of when OKC drew up plays to get Huestis shots last year.

Our "3 point lineup" is really sad.

Well hey, at least they kept this competitive at the end. That's not a W but it's a feather for the cap of sorts.

This is so frustrating. This is what I’ve been saying since a couple of years ago. People are just now seeing it.

Great play by Westbrook to generate a good look though.

Wow, Dennis was just atrocious. I know it's a different role and the adjustment can be tough, but my gosh, guy, gotta be better than that.
