Losing by 20 at home to a terrible team. We have the red hot Spurs (twice) the Lakers possibly with LeBron, and the 76ers in 4 of our next 6 games. We had to win this one.

This is inexcusable. You don't get blown out at home by the freaking Wizards. This is by far the worst loss of the season.

Why would the Wizards do that?

Otto Porter Jr. is an actual good NBA player. Dennis Schroder isn't.

Even if they're in rebuild mode they can get a whole heck of lot more for OPJ than a really bad player in Schroder plus fillers and a draft pick.

Not making excuses for Schroder’s poor shooting, but he looks shaken up. Looks like he’s dealing with something tonight; he’s a bit gimpy.

And I wonder what the pace differential is from his tenure @ Hawks compared to the pace he plays at with the Thunder...

This one is really pissing me off. We just laid down and quit. Only down 11 going into the 4th against a really bad team. We're more than capable of making that up in one quarter given the large talent discrepancy. Instead, we come out even more lethargic to start the 4th and, halfway through the 4th, we've managed to score a whopping 4 points.

One positive is billy is going with Ferg over schroder late in the fourth.

They won’t other than salary issues. I was being a little saracastic.

Yeah, watch him walk, he’s got a slight gimp... he might just be shaken up from running so hard into that Mahinmi backcourt screen.

I can certainly feels like a trade on the horizon... we are playing like everyone knows it’s coming... Grant can be traded on the 15th/16th and that might be what we are waiting on...

oh yeah u must be right. What was his excuse the games before though?

Funny that Westbrook has no excuse from missing training camp and having an ankle sprain while Schroeder must be playing bad because he hit Mahinmi..

Did we really take a gentlemen’s shot clock violation when we are the losing team?

I get you. Presti is clearly looking to move Grant. It's a matter of time for the dominos to fall.

Not saying that’s why Schroder is shooting poorly. I was literally just making an observation...

It's a team sport but this is one of those game where I have to point the finger at Westbrook. He completely destroyed the momentum that we had in the 1st qtr with his ball hogging and turnovers.

OKC was in the process of burying a bad Wizards team that would have laid down and quit but Captain Triple Double couldn't help but run around like a chicken with his head cut off, basically extinguishing OKC's momentum and allowing the Wizards to catch their breath and gather themselves.

I've never seen a "superstar" player with such a lack of awareness. Playing hard and hustling is one thing, but Westbrook crosses into recklessness far too often.

When OKC doesn't have HCA during the 1st or 2nd round of a playoff series due to finishing a game or 2 behind someone, these are the kinds of losses that you can point to as the reason why.

The Western Conference is too close to be throwing away games vs. the likes of the Wizards.
