Loving Schroeder beasting, game after game. You guys might have to come up with a new guy to bash, since grant is about as good a fit at pf they can get (but but but they traded a late frp for him!!) and Schroeder is clearly one of the best 6th men in the league, in that he can completely change the game when he's on. Not everyone has that btw. Was this the January schedule we were supposed to be so worried about? The team is really good......

Hopefully we can flip him for Jeremy Lin. Linsanity

Maybe trade Westbrook too.....i mean, he's probably the most dynamic playmaker in the league, but his ts% just isn't elite. I know he leads the league is assists, and is playing the defense everyone has wanted him to, but he should be leading the league in assists by more. It's a big problem.

It's insane to think that Paul George at this level still isn't the scorer that Durant was here. How is that even possible?

Didn't we hear stuff like this about Corey Brewer too?

Wish PG13 stays on the floor to break the 3 points made.

Well yeah (or maybe not because his former teammate might be better), but I'm just speaking from an aesthetic place. It seems like George can hit literally any shot from any area right now, and even with that he still isn't particularly close to the things Durant did.

Durant attacked the rim way more and was going a lot to the free throw line. PG13 improved attacking the rim but he's nowhere close to Durant :(

I have a feeling it's PG and not Westbrook trading jerseys tonight.

thought about this before the game. Westbrook is not Wade's friend at all and PG13 and Wade had a great rivalry with PG13 in the East.

PG13 is playing at the same level as Durant right now offensively, and damn close overall for the season... and he is 10x the defender

This is blatantly false even in an Apex year for George and relatively benign year for Durant.

Pg's best moment of the night is copping one of those vice jerseys for free.

I love and appreciate what George is doing this year, but he's still not as good offensively as a handful of Durant seasons with the Thunder.

Paul George 2018-2019: 27.3 PPG, 4.0 APG, 45/40/83 shooting slash line, 58.7% TS, 17.6% AST%, 10.0% TOV%, 4.8 OBPM

KD '09-'10 through '15-'16: 28.9 PPG, 4.0 APG, 49/38/89 shooting slash line, 62.1% TS, 19.5% AST%, 12.5% TOV%, 5.9 OBPM

I'll never respect KD for what he did, or much care for him, but PG still isn't as good offensively this year as Durant was practically any given year from 2009-2010 through 2015-2016.
Said in a thread about which point guards would make OKC better if they replaced Westbrook:

I thought Russ looked really good tonight.

Also still hoping for a decent substantial move in the next few days. I’m ok with rolling with 2Pat as backup PF, but I think that finding someone who can play Naders minutes would be really nice, and it would be even better if that player is capable of giving OKC a few minutes at PF as well

Patterson is playing better but he still seems completely uncomfortable on the court at times.

Yeah well Durant is one of the best scorer of all time so even if I hate him we can't deny this and ask George to be as good as cupcake.
PG13 is having a career year with us and it's a beauty to watch him play like this on both ends. I hope he will play as well during the playoffs. We are playing smart (both on defense and offense). We basically just lack some depth (if George is having an off night on offense we are in trouble) but our team is really really good right now.

Westbrook is playing better lately. Nothing close to last years but it was a nightmare to watch him play a month ago so...there's some hope I guess :-?
