So is Russel Westbrook Back?

Since Feb 24 he's been playing really well, despite the team performing poorly. Perhaps him being a 20/10/10 guy is better for winning than him being a 30/10/6 guy, but that's not the point of this thread. There was a lot of discussion during the season about Westbrook having lost his athleticism, about his age or injuries having caught up with him, and the implication by most was that he wasn't ever going back to what he was.
Is it fair to say he has, at least in these past 10 games, performed better than he has in more than a year? Fair to say that his athleticism and shot look about as good as they have in more than a season?
