Interesting and very important game.
If we win, we could very well face the Nuggets in the first round. Even though they are a strong team, I assume the chances of advancing to the second round are the best against them than any other realistic first round opponent (Golden State and Houston).

I don't know if it is an advantage or not to play Denver on a back-to-back after their huge loss against Houston.

Agree. Only better scenario would be if somehow Portland stays at the 3rd seed and we finish 6th (which is unlikely considering they are playing without Nurkic and Cj and have a tougher schedule than Houston).

We can easily get to the 4/5 with Portland hopefully if we get a nice streak here. All winnable games imo.

Don't think so. Jazz (and Spurs) schedule are way too easy.

Don't think so. Jazz (and Spurs) schedule are way too easy.

We're 1 ahead of San Antonio, .5 behind Clippers with 2-2 season series, 1 game behind Utah with 4-0 season series.

It can be done. Denver, Mavs, Lakers, Pistons, Rockets coming to town with away games with the TWolves and Bucks (who may be resting Giannis at this point, and locked into 1 seed...). Nuggets are scary for us for some reason, but i'd say we will be favored in all the games except Houston and maybe Milwaukee.

Any of those teams can lose 1-2 games. If we play well enough it's there for us.
Maybe I shouldn't have said easily though because the team is really struggling as of late.

Spurs and jazz have basically one tough game (against Denver) and maybe Denver will start resting players depending on standings.

Tonight is a tough game. I also don't think the game against the Lakers is going to be that easy (Lebron wants to finish the season well), the wolves have our number even if they are resting some players. Agree that Bucks are probably going to rest Giannis and we don't know if Houston is going to rest players or if they are going to fight for a seed when we meet them.

Our team is so inconsistent that we may lose against any team anyway (and we can beat any team not named Gs as well). Anyway we will see. We need to win tonight if we wan't to have a shot, which is going to be tough if PG13 is out.

There's no prediction with this team. They'll probably beat the Rockets and Nuggets and loose against the Mavs and the Lakers, or something stupid as that.

But we could still get a favorable matchup in the first round (Clippers, Jazz, Blazers), if they get serious enough and win games they are supposed to win. Also, Bucks game will be their last game of the season and if they lock up the first seed by then (which they'll probably will) that could be a highly winable game in Millwaukie, that could determine our position in the standings.

So, who is Billy starting tonight if George is out? I'm betting on 3 midgets lineup in Westbrook, Schroder and Ferguson...

Hopefully starting allows second half dennis to come out from the start if this is the case... Going to be a long night otherwise.

PG13 is always struggling so much from 3 when he's a bit injured. Never seen that kind of disparity from a player (he can hit them all when healthy and can't make one when a bit injured)

This looks like a preseason game. As if both teams are just waiting for the playoffs to begin...

Denver is really a nightmare match up for us. Lack of playoff experience is the only reason I would want to face them in the playoffs instead of the Rockets (and because we don't have Roberson to defend on Harden)

The Nuggets are our daddy.

Awful night. UNC gets blown out by Auburn and, now, we're on our way to losing for the 328th time since the All-Star break.

It's not only about losing. It's the fact that during all game you see your team has no chance to win that game.

Anyway we lack scoring and when PG13 isn't effective, we can't win games.

They're just better then us at almost every position and element of the game. Passing, shooting, penetration, rebounds, ballhandling, whatever...

Ferguson is a non factor. We are playing 4vs5 all over again

Just to gain some modicum of quasi-hope for this season all we needed/wanted was to finally beat the Nuggets this year; this time at home. For some stupid *** reason I had myself convinced that 24-0 run was going to turn our season around (as much as it could).

Nope, we come out tonight against the 2-seed in the West on our home floor and lose handily to them for the 3rd time this year.

I'm ready for this NBA season to die. I'd rather have suffered through back to back 25-57 seasons than the frustration of what we've endured in reality the past two seasons.
