He already is one of the worst contracts in the league.

westbrook demanding that adams be chained to him led to him playing far too many possessions. a load made worse by his play style the last three seasons. adams is 26 according to the calendar, but 36 according to wear and tear.

That's almost as bad as when KD demanded harden be traded because he wanted the highest ts% on the team.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Which is why Durant made scottie start perkins in the finals.

Oh, and Harden plays for the Rockets. You seem to miss him a bunch too. No need, go watch him.
But for Christ’s sake, get over the past and what could have been already.

I miss Brian Davis.

Russell Westbrook could still shoot back when Brian Davis was on the job.

Jerami Grant being absolute trash makes this the best season ever.

100 lineups used, 36% positive. That is less than league average on both.

4 most used getting 35% of minutes. Other 96, getting 65%. 89 of the lineups used less than 1 minute per game.

At this point, is he struggling to recover mentally? I can understand a fear of re-injury holding him back.

Not uncommon. A lot of guys struggle with that coming back (Rose the most high-profile example, but I seem to recall Hayward and George talking about it too).

rose, hayward, george were all under long term contracts. andre roberson, if he has any ideas of continuing his nba career, should have strong incentive to get back onto the court and at least show he can do something. he's UFA next summer.

Mind is a funny thing. If it's mental and not physical, who knows what his motivation might be, regardless of monetary incentive?

With no expectations, this really has been an enjoyable season. Aside from the Pacers game they are playing everyone fairly close.
I hope we can land the 8th pick at worst. There are quite a few teams who are better at this tanking thing than we are.

I don't know but if he wants to take another full season off, I'm fine with that. :D

Wait until Gallinari is gone. We’re going to fall off a cliff.

Hopefully that doesn't happen until late January. Plus the longer they hold on to him, the more they probably get back for him as more teams will probably be interested in picking up a player of his caliber for the stretch run.
