Bazley has looked less like a young Jerami Grant on his drives the last few games. Some of his defensive plays are extremely encouraging for a rookie.

Looking “less” like a young jerami is a good thing, meaning bazley isn’t falling down every time he drives to the basket.

I hate Schroeder but he's playing so well this season. Who is the stupid GM willing to give up some small assets for him?

I’ll give the guy credit. He’s not my ideal player but he’s been efficient this year and that was always my biggest frustration. His lobs have even improved the last ten games or so. Most of my Schroder frustration has been transferred to Ferguson at this point.

Another solid win in the books.

TFerg actually knocked down a few shots for a change. Now watch him be completely invisible for the next 6-8 games.

Hopefully Noel's ankle injury isn't too bad. I haven't seen anything yet but I suspect he'll probably end up sitting the Philly game on Monday night.

I love that he and CP3 have strong midrange games as well. I know in today's age of analytics based basketball a lot of folks view those midrange shots as bad shots but OKC's point guards do such a great job creating space on those midrange shots that it's practically a FT for them.

I'm very concerned if Noel has to sit out an extended period. The dropoffs from him to Muscala is pretty massive.

This game really shows the importance of getting scoring from your starting wing players. Ferguson actually had 13 and they were in control for the entire game. If they actually had somebody out there giving them consistent production like that they are legit three or four seed. I can’t say enough about how pleasantly surprised I am to watch this team play now outside of Ferguson. it really shows that Donovan is a great schematic coach and also is a testament to how good Chris Paul really is. It’sMuch more enjoyable to watch solid fundamental basketball where everybody gets to touch the ball and gets involved.

Ferguson only relevant because he was playing against a trash team.

Adams is peaking in December/January like almost every year. Curious to see if he will play trash in the end of the regular season as he usually does.

Tough to complain about this team right now though. Funny team to watch and they are playing well.

After week one the general board had threads asking if the Clippers would win 70 games. That is understandable after their big trades and good start. People were talking about the OKC tank. Since week 1? OKC and the Clippers have about the same record. Is that crazy?

Did anyone else notice Bazley apologizing to Billy dumbass after cutting to an open lane? Bazely was standing in the corner and he cut to an open lane then CP3 threw the ball to the corner out of bounds and Bazley made it a point to run by the bench and apologize to dumbass for exhibiting basketball IQ. I don't think we need any more proof that dumbass just wants his players, even those who can't shoot, to just stand in the corner like folding chairs on offense.

I do not like that strategy either but other NBA coaches seem to use it for spacing reasons.

Yes, but other NBA coaches do it with players that can shoot the 3 much better than Bazely and Diallo. They also don't discourage off ball movement from non-shooters, like Diallo, who's strength is finishing at the rim at this point.
