Well Portland should be a little short handed. No Tolliver, Bazemore, McCollum, Hood, Nurkic and Collins.

I think Gallo has been playing through a leg injury for a couple of weeks so he is being rested. While I understand them resting him in this game as a precaution its too bad. On the bright side it looks like Adams is back.

Every time shai hits a step back, I’m going to post about how happy it makes me.

basic strategy : don't make a challenge in the first quarter when it's a rookie fouling a superstar.

These refs should be fired for letting their pride get in the way of overturning calls. Lillard is trying to mount Dort and they won’t overturn it.

How is it mathematically possible to score this many points with three starters not even approaching double digits?

I really enjoy this Dort guy's game. He's all effort and hustle. And he's built like an engineered structural beam. I think he's got a chance of actually making a player.

Shai's last 4 games 10, 8, 6, 5 assists, prior to that I believe he'd had 4 games all season with 5 or more assists (6 being the highest)

Maybe I’m optimistic but I felt like I saw glimpses of this potential at times. It wasn't that he couldn’t pass but more like he was told not to worry about being facilitator. After his 20,10,10 game he said billy challenged him to expand his game. I’m thinking the idea was to try to develop his scoring first while he played alongside cp3.

At this point I’m ready for him to get consistent minutes. He’s every bit as deserving as Bazley, Diallo and Ferguson. More deserving than Nader and Burton.

OMG the scoring has been so weird. It was like that last game as well. 1 guy was having a good scoring game but it took a long time before any other guy (SGA) to reach double digits. Maybe they are just trying to milk the hot hand a little? I do not know.
Regardless it was a nice bounce back win.
