Feels nice to be on the winning end of a game like this. With so many frustrating losses the last couple of years, this year has been very entertaining.

And the irony that Russ played great and were it not for harden being abnormally bad they win in a laugher.

Before the game I figured Houston would be put for revenge. Being on the road I did not think OKC would win. Then down 16 I figured this game is over. Cp3, Gallo, Schroeder, Dort, and SGA all stepped up in ways. Hope Adams is okay.

Congrats, guys. A huge win for you.

How did Schroder improve so much from last season? it's just weird watching him actually play well most of the time when I watch the Thunder after the horrendous last season.

CP3 has been underrated his whole career, I hope this season make some of the people who irrationally dislike his game to reconsider.

Early in the season CP3 looked totally done. What a huge turnaround for him!

Despite playing through a calf issue Gallo is also starting to get hot.

In the last 10 games he is almost 24ppg on near 48% from 3 point range.

It looks like he finally learned how to shoot. He is finishing better from the field, in all areas, then he ever has. The only thing you could be critical about with his shooting is that his FT shooting is "only" 81.8% compared to his 82.5% career and 85.5% from his best season. Everything else he is doing basically the same. His assist rate is the exact same as last year and his rebounding, turnover, steal and block rates are all within a reasonable margin of error from last year to stay the difference, both in positive and negative ways, is just variance and not a sign of anything good or bad. His WS/48 last year was .060 and this year it is .063.

If he maintains the shooting gains then he is a very good 6th man. If he drops back to his career shooting numbers then he returns to being what he was last year.

he's shooting 50.3% eFG on jump shots. way higher than his average.

Image

there are some signs this is in the process of regression. the first couple months of the season he was at an insane 48.2% eFG on two point jump shots. 4-5% higher than his previous best years. he's at 44.2% eFG on them the last twenty games, which is right where he was at last season. he's currently shooting 36%+ from three, which has kept his efficiency solid despite the down tick.

Significant higher assisted percentage. Could help maintain the highest efg. Also, it's improved every year? That's kinda cool v
