People starting to realize Adams is just a fun erik dampier.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

I miss Adams... I think every screen has been a whiff so far this season. Miss the high post presence.

I read this last week...
New Orleans goes from allowing (a pretty bad) 110.2 points per 100 possessions with Zion and Adams to 117.0 when Williamson is on the floor without him, but they also plummet all the way down to 119.1 when backup center Jaxson Hayes and Zion are a pair.

Adams has his limitations and I'm ready to move on to a more modern/affordable center but a lot of the pelicans struggle is Zion get's torched without him there. So for all the problems his limitations cause, they don't have a better option. He has the best net rating among the Pelicans starters. That being said, the extension by New Orleans was dumb.

By weight we're the smallest team in the league this year.

I have no clue how NOLA is that bad. Their roster looks pretty good for me. Zion really struggling on defense though but overall they shouldn't be such a bad defensive team.

Wonder if Griffin wanted to keep Bledsoe instead of Hill or Presti tried hard to get Hill because they really lack some shooters.

Nola's roster looks pretty bad to me. Lonzo, zion, and adams are bigger names than players.

I think russ might be done. Unless he has a surprising return to health like he did last year it's getting rough.

It's bizarre. Around this time last year he was starting to play on the same level as Harden until the season shut down, and then from the bubble til now he's been horrible. He's always too stubborn to sit out when he's not 100%, and Brooks is enough of a pushover that he won't stand in the way. Going to be a sad situation if Beal gets out after this year.

Jimmy Butler back and Rockets on fire...our dreams about a good second pick are not that good.

Butler still far from 100% but Miami don't need him to play well to get into the playoffs.

I don't get how the Kings aren't much better than us...they look pretty decent and have some good players. Guess their coaching staff isn't that good and they miss a big man. Still like our odds to finish 2nd worst team in the West though

Rockets are playing better but had favorable match ups, Washington, Detroit, Dallas w/out KP, a more depleted Portland team than the one we beat, and NO really sucks.

I'm not sure I agree about Miami not needing Butler to play well to win.

The only thing we can control is our own pick and we need to quit screwing around and move Hill.

Right now the toughest schedules remaining are-
OKC-5th
Miami-7th
Houston 26th
I'm assuming this is using the schedule's that we have so far but doesn't include the games we will play after March 3.

I watched a lot of Miami games and I like really like their team and still think they are solid with a 70-80% Butler. They missed Dragic, Herro and Bradley for a lot of time as well. Also think thar their ''tough'' schedule takes into account some garbage eastern teams so still far from being a real indicator. I mean right now it's supposed to be easy to play against Miami and tough to play teams like the Knicks, Cavs or Memphis.

I wonder what OKC should do about George Hill. I don't see any team willing to trade a late FRP or an ok prospect for him right now so maybe it's worth trading him for peanuts. If we wait next season we may get a better package and his veteran experience is good for our young guys but I would take a worse record this season over those two positive aspects (he's not such a good leader and we don't even know if we will get a good asset for him next season).

Westbrook was on a mission to beat Durant.

Glad he's healthy. Not sure it will last though :(

Wolves and Wizards both won. Good night for us. Maybe this gets the wizards playing a little better. Hopefully KAT comes back soon. We’ve got an upcoming back to back with them.

Wiz have had the start from hell for the first month or so, but as long as they don’t trade Beal I still think they’ll end up around the play in game. Only 2 games out of it currently.

KAT getting back would be great, but didn’t realize how tough our entire February schedule is after this week. Basically play all playoff teams except one against the Cavs.

Still don't think Miami will miss the playoffs but if they keep being unlucky like this...we may dream a bit.

Wood out with a potential serious injury...or he got really lucky. Feel bad for the guy after having such a great season so not really happy about this. Guess it should improve our odds to get a 8-11th pick (if the pick convey)

The look on his face is pretty bad. Man I hope it’s not his Achilles. He was walking on it so surely not.
