As things have been going, it wouldn't surprise me to see Kuminga fall out of the top five if he doesn't start shooting better and maybe someone in the 6-10 has a strong March.

As I look outside the top five, I'm probably leaning Moses Moody as my preferred pick.

think it's pretty unlikely but if he keeps struggling and some of the 6-10 prospects are overperforming, it could be easier to move up into the draft.

Nice to see Suggs have a performance like this. It's been a little while. He looked like an absolute star.

The season is over for Kuminga. Finishes 120nd of Player Impact Estimate (crude measure NBA uses, simpler than PER) out of 245. 3rd worst raw plus minus on team. Below 50% ts%.

Josh Hall with worst rating of any player in G league (in 1 game). Josh Huestis was there and got 4th worst rating.

Pokusevski 182. Better than 25%.

Ty Jerome 140. Jalen Green 82.

Moses Brown 8th best rating. Yurtseven 5th.

Even on some of his misses, he was able to get to the spot he wanted. Some of the missed threes were really good looks. From looks good and smooth like everything else he does. I think he'll be a three point threat in the league. FT shooting isn't great but his form is so much better than someone like Steven Adams. I'm not worried too much. Other than being a little skinny, he's ideal for the modern NBA. I love watching him play.

Cade is almost the perfect prospect imo. Great size for a wing(tall, wingspan, strength), great shooter, takeover mentality, nice vision, unselfish, good rebounder, good defender, team player, leadership.

But there is one glaring weakness when I watch him. His first step might be one of the slowest I've ever seen. That's my only worry with him. His handle could improve too but I'm sure it will. He will always be slow.....

If he can master the pick and roll and post ups them the issue will be minor, but late clock situations he will struggle when going 1v1 in the NBA IMO.

We have Shai so it's not too big a worry but I try to be rational when looking at prospects.

Read on Twitter

New Vecenie mock, not taking team needs into account yet. More of the same in terms of tiers, 1-5 is still considered to be better than all of last year's class at this time. 6-14 is all over the place for scouts, no consensus on who should go where. Lots of shooters in the back half of the first round.

1)Cade
2)Mobley
3)Suggs
4)J Green
5)Kuminga
6)S Barnes
7)K Johnson
8)M Moody
9)J Bouknight
10)K Jones
11)C Kispert
12)J Springer
13)F Wagner
14)Z Williams

It seems like 6-0 is getting a little more stable with Keon, Scottie, Moody and Bouknight normally showing up near that area. I've kind of become a fan of Wagner. Maybe we can target him with the Miami pick. Zaire Williams must have some dirt on these draft experts.

Well Cade is officially a pro. It was fun while it lasted to see him in Stillwater but he's bound for bigger and better things. I'm fascinated to see what he looks like with some semblance of competent offensive players around him.

Not as a result of the last two games, but I don't see superstar from Cade. He reminds me a lot of a taller Shai. Really smooth. Not overpowering in any regard. Just a heady, well-rounded player. A good second or third option on a good team. Which is great to have. But not a franchise player.

Also, I'm not good at evaluating college players and have only seen maybe three games and a bunch of highlights. And the last draft I was heavily invested in was the Rose/Beasley draft. I thought Michael Beasley would be a superstar. So take my opinion with a grain of salt.

I think his floor and ceiling are both high but his ceiling isn't all time great, superstar level high. Not being a guy that relies on athleticism, I could see him having a long, productive career. I think I would still take him first but I would be pretty happy with Suggs or Mobley too.

Don't know if it was the gameplan from the coaches, the players freezing up in the spotlight, or what, but the whole Oklahoma State team looked like they did at the start of the season when everyone was wondering why Cade went there in the first place. Granted - we are talking about 18-20 year olds that are stuck in a bubble, and a bunch of teams better than OSU got upset over the weekend too.

If he was in as good of a situation as Suggs, it'd be pretty clear how perfect his game would transition to the pros. Watching the games against Liberty/Oregon State reminded me of KD playing against Memphis in the playoffs without Russ. No spacing, getting doubled constantly, and teammates looking scared.

Outside of possibility of picking in top 4-5, my comfort picks remain Kispert, Wagner, Butler, Mitchell, Dosunmu, maybe Springer and Ayayi.

I definitely want at least one of the first two, one of the next 4 and then Ayayi if possible.

I might support taking someone else; but probably not as long as somebody in this 7 is available.

Second round after the early pick, I don't have strong opinions yet but if they could get Mathurin or Herbert Jones (perhaps with moderate trade up) that would seem good to me.

Have conceded Cade. Do everything to get Evan Mobley.

Wonder in which position Ayayi will be picked. Could be early 20's or slight chance of being just out of the first round....
