We definitely look more like the team I was expecting.

Maledon can’t really run the second unit with diallo hijakcing the offense.

Pretty much. Still hope we can a be a bit better than this (Maledon having a bad game; Dort was terrible etc.)

Gonna take some years...

Wonder why Justin Jackson is playing so much. Don't think he will stay in OKC anyway

Whew if this is the crew we're rolling with in the second half we might struggle to get to 80 points.

Some of these shots are so far off to the left and right they are barely drawing iron, including that free throw by brown.

Poku would have 2 decent assists if Moses Brown didn't have the finishing prowess of 2014 Perkins

Can we draft two top 5 players in the 2021 draft? Gonna be some long years of mediocrity ;(

Well that's how it works...hope we will have a normal offseason next year because it's tough for rookies.

I already hate Justin Jackson.

Isaiah Roby looks terrible too.

Poku and Maledon are and should look terrible. But Jackson and Roby loot two tank captains. No good.

I'm a NFL stan myself but feels like a lifetime since I've hear Trubisky's name on a broadcast.

Sucks.

I saw tears coming from Al Horford's eyes.

Yep.

This team is terrible.

This was by far the worst thing about this game.

I see some good things from Theo. He shows some potential to run the offense. There isn’t much else to say positive about the other new guys. Also, Dort is still horrible on offense and struggles more than most admit on defense. I just don’t see it with him.

The crazy thing is that his defense is actually way better than the tape I’ve seen from him. He only gets blown by like 50% of the time. It was almost every time in the fiba games. He bites hard on pump fakes.

I am pretty surprised how hard some OKC fans here have been on Theo and Poku.

Poku in particular. He is totally lost on defense, way too skinny and clearly was winded at times. That being said, a player his height moving the way he can on offense is tremendously rare. He is already a plus passer while at the same time being totally lost, which is actually a pretty speical thing. To me it makes me think, how good can he be passing once the game slows down for him? He needs to tweak his jumper but the form is there. IDK, I have been high on him for some time and when I watch him I see movement skills and coordination, as well as handle and vision, that is just tremendously rare for someone his size and age. If he has the work ethic and manages to put on LBS, he can be a 21st century version of Van Horn. Thats insane value for pick 17. And I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up much better.

I think most know he has potential it’s just that he’s so raw. He needs a long offseason probably more than a rushed regular season. He’s got some real flaws that will be tough to correct during the season. The only thing I’m disappointed in is his shot put style shot.

He's not abundantly quick laterally but he's stout and strong and hard to move which is why he was so effective against Harden. Lavine/White left him in the dust tonight.

I only got to see the 4th quarter so no Shai, no Horford, no one but Poku, Theo and Frank really. That said, if that unit or any similar version of it sees much time I really like our chances of getting that top 3 pick. I was having big time inaugural season flashbacks watching that crew.

There have been so many athletic specimens that never pan out though. Its tough to put a lot of stock in that by itself. At this point I'm just hanging my hat on the fact the kid is only 18.

I was thinking the same thing. It’s almost like Harden is the perfect matchup for his limited skill set. His defense isn’t consistently good enough to offset his offensive limitations. It’s only one game but it didn’t seem like a lot of his misses were particularly close.
