I'm not ready to win another game. We didn't trade CP3/Adams/Schroeder/Gallo to get some ''ok'' young players.

I guess we’re supposed to cheer for the play in game this year.

My only issue is that best case scenario we will have two starters in SGA & Dort (or maybe Bazley) for the future. Yeah we are developing some players but it's difficult to see some REAL talent.

If we can't get high draft picks with SGA & Dort, we better trade some assets for stars/role players (not what I want but...)

Presti is going to need to be more creative than just drafting 1st overall year after year. SGA and Dort are too good to tank.

Gotta hope Pokusevski learns how to shoot the ball. Serious 5x5 potential there with this fella.

Both him and Roby were definitely worth the flier Thunder took. I don't feel that way about Bazley, though. I don't like how first-team reps are given to Bazley for granted. Roby is outplaying him offensively. Poku is outplaying him defensively. Bazley has not been particularly good in any side of the ball. Bazley can very well be the Jeff Green of this new Thunder generation.

The only close game we lost was the second game of the season (SGA missed a potential game winner against the Jazz).

We may have a positive record in 5 games (Nets then Houston and Wolves twice) :banghead:

oh well not 25% games into this season but it doesn't look good for the draft.

Yep. I guess it’s good that the lotto percentages were changed to favor non tanking teams. Hopefully we get lucky like the pelicans or lakers. No matter what players we trade to downgrade, we keep winning. Well probably trade Horford for Zeller and then go on a winning streak.

I still think Bazley is way more talented than those guys and it's not close. He will need to work hard though

Good news is that Miami Heat's pick keeps getting better and the Rockets pick is unlikely to get protection. Between pick swaps, we might end up with more odds for the 1st overall pick than the worst record in the league.

The problem is the heat are still only one game out of the playoffs. Unless they lose Butler long term, it’s hard not to see them turning it around.

Jimmy Butler and some other players (Herro) are coming back soon I guess.

We are going to develop some ''ok'' prospects with SGA being 23-24 years old. That's a big problem.

The luck in close games has to run out at some point. What is that, 5-1 in games within 5 points at the end? Frustrating to be out performing our expected W/L by 3 games already.

Can't believe how poor Ayton was either, Kanter beat us up worse than that. Wasted a great game by CP3.

I understand why, he's definitely more balanced. I think he has the highest floor between them, but also the lowest ceiling.

Historically, players without elite lower body strength, quick-twitch, or length have tougher skill caps to overcome. Unfortunately, Bazley is one of those guys. I think Roby's ticket to higher-end productivity is his quickness and explosion, Pokusevski is his length, timing, and positioning. Bazley has none of those, I think he'll be a quality scoring punch off the bench, while the other two are more boom or bust.

I am afraid it's not luck, it's an elite crunch time combo by Dort/SGA.
