This could get ugly without SGA, wonder if they’ll be really cautious and hold him out for the MIN b2b this weekend

Hope he's fine. Wouldn't complain if he misses the 2 games against the Wolves though :)

We really don't want a top 5 pick.

Houston is another team without Wall. Sucks for us tonight but overall pretty good because he should miss more games.

Ball movement is good tonight. If we win this, I’m pretty much giving up on finishing with a top five worst record.

If we split against the wolves, it's ok. Not sure Towns coming back yet so most likely we will win both :( :banghead:

I give up. It’s one thing to win because we are good but we don’t even look good and we are up 30 points.

Only solace is that at least this is against a team who we want to have a bad record. If SGA + Dort are out for both Minny games, then SURELY we don't win those *knocks on wood*.

Edit: And the short handed Wiz beat the Heat at least.

Sports are weird. Lose by 30. Lose best player. Run them out of the gym next game. Okay.

Yea that helps but it still feels like we are going to be a .500 team no matter what. I think we would have won if horford sat tonight too. We may have found a really good coach which is good it’s but probably going to keep us from bottoming out. Also, it’s pretty clear that good teams are going to continue to rest guys against us which gives us a better chance. We’re not too far ahead to get a good pick but this is really becoming problem. All it takes is an injury where a star player misses significant time and a team like the warriors and pelicans become significantly worse than us. That’s likely to happen to at least one team.

****ing Wolves lost after leading by 15+ in the 3rd. We need SGA and Dort out to have a shot to lose against them.

Overall it wasn't a bad night. Miami lost (Wizards winning is pretty good because they will try to win games) and Kings/Pelicans who I guess are our rivals for 2nd worst record in the West won.

Yes, it was a bad night for the tank. One game won’t make or break the tank but there really isn’t any silver lining in this game. Other teams game’s results are irrelevant when we blow an opportunity like this.

Yeah it's frustrating. I would be pissed if we play SGA & Dort against the Wolves and win those games. If we split the games against them it's ok but still unlikely...they are so bad. The rest of our schedule for the month is so difficult that I won't be surprised if we get a 3-11 record (on the other hand won't be surprised as well if we play the Lakers with Lebron/AD out; Bucks without Giannis etc. :banghead: )

But yeah terrible to win with no good rookie/young playing very well. Only Kenrich Williams had a very good night.
