No way can we put one of our picks on the line yet. We will still be tanking in 2024, based on our current trajectory.

I would put other picks out there. But not ours.

Dort might do more than you think. All depends on how the lotto shakes out.

well I would obviously do it too but if u badly want a guy like Chet and a team is willing to move down for future picks, u gonna have to offer at least a juicy one.

Think Dort lost a bit of value because only one more season under crazy good contract and mostly cap space isn't a problem for most teams in the lottery but yeah u right it will depends on how the lotto shakes out.

I don’t know how we trade up into those top 3-4 picks. It’s going to be very hard to do without giving up Shai. Even then has to be right situation.

Glad the season is over tho. Now pins and needles till May 17th (??).

Yeah glad the season is over. I was having a lot of fun with Giddey/Mann and Shai post all star break but then it was a mess. No idea what we will do this offseason but can't sit some starters and play 10 days guys for 15-20 games each season.

Anyone think Dorts comment re: playoffs was interesting? Probably nothing but I need something to talk about until the 17th

Dort comment about OKC trying to go to the playoffs?

I wouldn't look much into that. That's obviously a goal for a rebuilding team but reality is gonna be really different (except if a couple of players really improve). Don't think the FO is sharing that many informations and even less about potential trades to improve our roster in such a big a way.

my whole season was basically watching Clippers win games without 3-4 key players by one point or making some historical comebacks.I deserve a Clippers lose for once :)

Yeah. When PG and KL were both out, I was thrilled. But that freakin team man.

What are the lotto odds for the Clippers pick if they lose tonight? 8%?

7.2%. This would give us higher chances to get a top 4 pick than the bottom 3 record of the NBA

We gonna know in a bit more than 3 hours. Not confident at all with this Clippers team that is used to play without PG13.

With some improvement and our players playing a full season , we should theoretically be able to battle for a play in.

Going say that the clippers had a hell of a season though .
Getting this far without their top 2 and still putting up a fight with PG a late scratch.

I don’t have the good character to compliment them for what was a truly annoying overachievement.

Don't like our future LAC picks because I think their FO is doing a terrific job but we were "supposed "to get only late first picks in the PG13 trade so #18 + #12 (better if lucky) looks pretty good already :)

Same here. Ultimately doesn’t mean likely mean much but it’s nice to have something go our way for once.
