At least Nic Batum ! Batum's "problem" in the NBA has always been towards the agressiviy, he has the Diaw genes, super unselfish but very skilled !
Dieng is way more aggresive towards the basket, and shoots way more naturally. Also his body is completely diff compare to Nic's body. The approach towards the game can be an influence, but in fact, Dieng will be more offensive !

I don't see that quite that fast TimO. He's a young player and will have some time to adjust to the speed. Obviously he's not going to be great in the first couple of years but something in the range of a mix of Rashard Lewis and Kyle Kuzma, not quite Lewis' best seasons, but maybe a 13-18 PPG guy at his best is possible.

It will take some work because he's definitely at project status, has some nice moves and a clean stroke, good size and mobility though.

Also, I think he sees bench duty with the Thunder and will have chances to hone his skills in the G-League this year.
Cheers

He did play NBL so may have a head start on some first year guys. Giddey and Ferguson adjusted well to the NBA so hopefully he does too

Return to Oklahoma City Thunder
