Hey Thunder fans, Just wanted to know if in an expansion draft what 8 players are you protecting? Remember 1 player must be unprotected from the draft and player/team options can also be protected. Thanks guys. Also what would you be willing to give up to protect one of your players from not being selected.

7 are easy I think: SGA, JDub, Chet, Hartenstein, Dort, Caruso, Wallace, Then flip a coin between Isaiah Joe and Wiggins.

Also would be worth revisiting when the expansion draft occurs for the new franchises because it is still some amount of time in the future, a lot can change in that time. If OKC makes a splashier trade (like Cam Johnson) obviously he's in the protected category.

We probably giving up a draft pick to get you to draft a specific player from us .

i think either one of caruso or dort gets unprotected and between wiggins and joe, i'm definitely keeping wiggins

fair enough. I think I would end up unprotecting Caruso but I still hope he can play his A game with OKC.
