It's just something I whipped up in my spare time, I'm not done with it but I figured I'd post it here anyway (normally I'd post this on the graphics board but it'll probably get more exposure here).

why would a lightning bolt be the logo for thunder??? how do you draw thunder anyways?

There is already an NBA team with a lightning bolt for a logo. Sort of lame that with all the things that exist in this universe we couldn't think of 30 different things to use for NBA logos.

I have heard rumors that Thunder may refer to the thunder of a herd of stampeding bison. I believe that a bison may be included in the logo.

OKC Stampede would have been a terrific name for the team. Still would be if it wasn't too late now.
Logo would have been a stampeding bison or a herd of them.
