No one gives a damn 8th seed. 80% of NBA cheerleaders are ugly in general, 10% are nothing to write home about and 9% are average only 1% are anything special.

Real GM is about basketball and basketball above all. Get out of here with that small town cheerleaders are special bull. This is not an OU or OSU forum, no one in the big leagues gives gives a damn about cheerleaders or halftime shows or any of that other ****.

The difference is that all of these things are firsts for OKC, and we really haven't seen the players together yet. This is really a completely different team from what was seen in Seattle, so we haven't had a chance to see them together. As soon as things start to settle down and the players start showing up for camp, we will have plenty to talk about.

Until then, these are the things in OKC that are making the news.

First season ticket sales, first dance team, work beginning on the Ford Center, first camp, new players, new jerseys, etc.

The time will come, and we will be talking NBA, you'll find people in OK to be pretty knowledgeable about sports, so till then allow us to allow us to enjoy this new experience.

although I agree with Radiohead about talking more sports, I really agree with OKsportsguy in that the city is going through a lot of this stuff for the first time and just wants to get excited about all of the small stuff... there's plenty of time to debate who the 12th man on the roster should be later :)
