NYK for E. Curry

what's wilkins contract like?

i would say deal as a knicks fan since dantoni hates marbury and curry and has played them 0 minutes so far.

Curry goes against every thing they're trying to accomplish with this team.

Wilcox is like 6+ mil expring and i think Wilkins has a coule of years at 3 or 4 mil per.

I don't think I'd touch Curry... even if we got him for free. I think that we've put ourselves in a pretty good position to bring in a few good draft picks over the next two years as well as having enough cap room to go after another starting level player. Don't want to mess that up by bringing in a lazy center like Curry.

Randolph completely tore us up the other night and he's got some serious skills, but his past and work-ethic, to me, are just too checkered to take on. He'd definitely help us win more games, but that's not really what this season is about to me... Get good, young talent that wants to work hard, surround them with veterans who will set a good example and play hard, and get some draft picks.

Randolph would just about die if he got traded to OK City... there's just no way. I really don't think the Knicks are good trading partners for the Sonics. The only guy I'd really want off their team is Chandler, and he's staying in NY.

Since Randolph is playing in D'Antoni's system. He's getting a lot of burn at the center position and averaging double figures in points and rebounds. Just like D'Antoni had Amare do in the PHX system.
In the case of Curry he wouldn't fit into the new system b/c of lack of quickness and agility to play in the run and gun system. Why else D'Antoni bolted to NY when he did. When Steve Kerr traded Marion for Shaq back in Feb, Shaq literally killed the run and gun scheme in PHX due to the same weaknesses Curry have against a run and gun scheme.

I'm not sure Randolph would win you more games. He's benefited heavily from Dantoni becoming the head coach of NY and while he might be able to put up 18/10 for you guys, in my honest opinion, the last thing the Thunder need is another first option (as Randolph believes his is) with your team being built around Durant. The best solution would be to look for a PF who can play off of the ball and hit shots when called upon.

Make the Trade PJ wont miss him sitting on the bench. Thunder do not need Wilcox got Smith, Collison, White, Hill, Green who can all play that position. Enough already move him and get a legit scorer 5 feet and in.

What would NYK add to a deal of Watson for Jerome James? They both have the exact same contract.
