Serge Ibaka... next year in OKC?

Hi guys, I totally forgot y'all still have Serge Ibaka who's playing in Spain/Bracelona iirc.

From what I've heard he's playing well and several scouts have been informing about him with the OKC front office (not sure how legit that rumour is).

Do you see him joining your team next year? He's intruiging and physically he'd be an upgrade over Swift and Sene. Is he better than Petro though?

And with Krstic there, Collison and Wilcox around, is there a need for another project big man? Or will he just stay in Europe and learn the game untill it's time for OKC to bring in a new big body?

Also, how do you feel about his game? I've read the short excerpts on several draft sites and saw some youtube clips, but the latter only showed him playing among midgets.

If he's producing, he may be in town. Petro was traded to Denver and Wilcox's contract expires at the end of the season.

I haven't found much of him other than just clips showing off the athleticism. I'm always hopefully that overseas players come over and contribute. His role would really depend upon his development and what all moves we make over the offseason. Right now Green, Kristic, and Collison are taking most of the minutes and are all signed through next season. We've also got DJ White sitting over there on the bench for another couple of years... We can always use another good player though!

He's far from ready. Last time I checked he was getting around 10 minutes per game in Spain. Don't think he will be here next season.
