What do you guys think about this trade for Chucky Atkins?

Ehh, I'd probably go for it. I don't think we'll do anything greatly wonderful with the cap space from Atkins' partially guaranteed contract (I would assume we wouldn't keep him around next year). Getting a decent enough backup PG (maybe as a 3rd string/insurance guy down the road) in Quinn and taking a flier on the fairly talented and potential filled Wright would be good for me. However, aren't both of them FAs this offseason? Don't know if I'd be down with signing Wright to much of an extension...

Nope, Wright just signed a 2 year deal this summer. He has this year and next remaining on his deal. Quinn has a player option after this year though, although I'm sure he would sign for as much as any other 3rd string PG.
