SD you are on fire with the game threads!

Oddly enough I don't like the Thunder's chances as much as I liked them against Dallas.

Maybe that has something to do with KD being out.

I can just hear the whispers about KD not making his teammates better if the Thunder manage to win a couple in a row with out him during his sprained ankle.

Durant being out drastically reduces our chances of winning any game. The Grizzlies have a lot of young talent that will be hard to contain. Really it's the offensive side that we need to step up though... Watson and Westbrook need to make at least reasonable decisions, not be perfect, but don't throw the ball half way down the court and right to the other team when down 5 with 2 minutes left (Watson). This could be good for all of the guys, but most notably Green, he needs to learn that he has the skills to be a go-to guy when necessary.

Nick and Nenad hardly ever play together.

They did for a little bit last night... it looked awkward though, and I wouldn't recommend it!

If it's about who should play at the 3, I'd go with Thabo. The lineup I'd most like to see is:

Westbrook
Weaver
Thabo
Green
Collison/Krstic

Pretty paltry lineup without KD in it, huh?? :(

That's why they hardly ever play together. :P

I like the proposed lineup with both Weave and Thabo on the floor. I'm afraid that we're going to see a lot of Earl Watson though. :(

since the chance to win is pretty small i wouldnt mind to see wilkins starting. teams might be interested in adding him to their bench when they see he can contribute. he's still under contract for 1 year after this right?

Correct... Watson, Atkins and Wilkins will all be expiring next offseason. Atkins isn't guaranteed though, so I wouldn't be surprised if he was cut this offseason to save a few mil.

Thx. As for the Thunder's chances against the Grizz. I got the feeling the Thunder may out maneuver the Grizz in this match. The Grizzlies defense has struggle to stop teams from going on runs in the last seven games. Although the Thunder lost to the Mavs. They managed to play somewhat decent enough w/o KD in the lineup to hang around with the Mavs despite the final score. If the Thunder can produce a consistant effort from start to finish w/o KD. There is a chance they could win the game.

With KD not playing in this game, I had to guessimate which player may get the chance to start at SF. Let's just say Damien Wilkins was definately out of the question.

Wow great defensive effort by the Thunder while putting up 29 points on the board after 12.

33-19 in the early second. Thabo tearin da club up tonite. He has 8pts, 7rebs and 2dimes. At this rate, he could hit up hit a double-double by the time the game is done.

Grizz are on a 9-0 run on the Thunder in the second. Looks like the Thunder have fallin asleep at the wheel. Better wake up b4 they crash soon.

Thunder finished the half really strong. Their energy on both ends of the court has been what has done it for em.

Green went down awkwardly in the mid-late 2nd quarter also... he didn't return. Hopefully everything is alright there!

Didn't know that happen. I was listening to the Magic/Philly game. The Magic played ugly as hell for 3 1/2 quarters. They managed to get the momentum swing going in the mid fourth over Philly to get the lead which lead them to a hard fought win.

On Green, he was one of the main sparks in the first half of the game when the Thunder increased the lead in the first quarter.

Thunder 64
Grizzlies 56

Alright Westbrook, you're hurting your team with this ballhogging.

Sefolosha, dude, stop shooting from long range and start driving to the hole.
