This is a strong move the players are sponding and the franchjise player is behind the new coach. Games like Portland will happen because the team still needs to fill some remaining holes but a solid offseason and hard work by the players should make these things happen a lot less.

Brooks deserves it, especially when you contrast not just the record, but the performance and feel of this team against what it looked like under PJ.
