Some random thoughts

Okay so i was just wondering if you guys are worried about Rubio not wanting to come to OKC, why not trading down to pick up Jennings and Derozan. You'll have your 1,2,3 positions set. Also, a backup 2/3 in derozan, or a backup 1/2 in Westbrook. And then look towards next years draft for your front court as it seems to be pretty deep in the 4/5 positions(now its very early, but Soloman Alabi seems like Thabeet very light). Not to mention Derozan and Jennings played in Compton together, and I think would be a great duo in the back court together... very exciting.

What are your thoughts?

I think Rubio will be gone at #2 and the Thunder draft Thabeet and call it a day.

I'm not worried Rubio won't come to OKC, this kid is eager to enter the NBA and if he doesn't come this year then he has to wait until 2010-2011 because his buyout actually goes up next season, and I think DamnFegan dare not push too hard as he and Yi's soap opera was proven a joke about two years ago. What I'm worried if the Thunder does get Rubio is his talent may not be fully developed in OKC with Westbrook playing PG.
The idea to trade down is ok, but I don't think the Thunder picks Jennings or Derozan, the 1,2,3 positions are already loaded with too much talent. Instead, a more complete player like James Harden could be a better choice. I'd rather be more interested in what we get by trading down the pick.

i dont want thabeet lol hes not a scoring center but has good def and rebounding, we need a post up center, so we can kick the ball out to durant or someone, i say trade down if rubio isnt there, and pick up another center other than thabeet

From what I understand Rubio is not all that worried about coming to OKC in particular. He just wants a good situation where he will get minutes. His Appeal is global, so being in NY LA or CHI is not that big of a deal for him, that being said, I believe if he slides to us, we trade him.
