Re-doing the 2008 NBA Draft

Post#1 » by xxSnEaKyPxx » Tue Jun 9, 2009 6:22 am

I thought it would be fun to re-do the draft after a year and see where players fall.

1. Bulls - Derrick Rose
2. Heat - Michael Beasley
3. Wolves - Brook Lopez

mayo's more of a sure thing, i think, than westbrook. mayo's going to be a perennial 20ppg scorer with decent percentages, i don't think that's at risk.

i'd still take westbrook, though. even though i think mayo has a better chance of ending up the better player, i think westbrook's ceiling is higher. if he puts it together at the point guard spot he'll be more valuable.

Brook or Mayo. I like Westbrook but if he is the reason OKC passes on Rubio that would be upsetting.
