Heat receives Westbrook, Collison and a future protected pick

OKC receives Jones, Beasley, D. Wright and Quinn

Please explain why OKC would do this? And why this was not posted on the trade forum?

Westbrook is a better prospect that Beasley with a lot less headaches.

Collison and the future pick are worth a lot more to OKC than D Wright and Quinn would be.

Right now I wouldn't trade Green straight across for Beasley and his all his baggage, much less Westbrook.

I would trade Green for Beasley.

Beasley and KD are childhood friends, would dominate together. You could see it the other night when both were on the floor. They had fun.

Beasley and Durant probably wouldnt be the greatest fit I think for this team to go to the next level they need to trade Green and someone else excluding westbrook and durant for a legitimate center or pf that plays inside like a Lopez or Jefferson

Yeah good idea, trade one sf who can actually play pf for another sf who can play some pf, albeit with a lot of baggage.

send green to the clippers for kaman + thornton. Plus Collinson or whoever fits the bill.

Thornton? He's a worse fit than Beasley. 26 years old and he still doesn't get it. Clippers can keep him.
