Marc Gasol seems like could be the answer for us at center but what would it cost to get him.He meets what we need a well rounded young center.OKC have a ton of talent and picks Memphis have invested in Thabeet.Could Gasol be avaliable?

If he is available, he'd be a great pickup. But Thabeet has shown nothing that leads me to believe that the Memphis would consider trading him!

Yeah, I think when we talked about this a couple of months back was that we'd love to have him, but there's no way the Grizzlies give that offer a thought until Thabeet is on the floor and showing that he can actually play in this league. Maybe two years from now if Thabeet has brought it together and is playing consistently, they'll look at moving Gasol.

He'll end his current contract in 2011, the year that expires the ones of Krstic and Collison, that will be the time to go for him. You'll be in position to offer a big contract and i'm not sure that the Grizz owner will be willing to match.

Unless Thabeet turns into Shaq over night, Gasol will not be traded anytime soon.
