Russell Westbrook / Thabo Sefolosha / Kevin Durant / Jeff Green / Nenad Krstic
VS

Stephen Curry / Monta Ellis / Corey Maggette / Vladimir Radmanovic / Mikki Moore
MatchupFinally, a favorable front court matchup. Nenad Krstic will return to the lineup tonight, and the front court will have no excuses in the paint against the likes of Maggette, Radman, and Mikki Moore.
Curry and Ellis, however, might present some problems. Both are excellent shooters, and we've had some trouble guarding the 3pt line lately after starting off the season blazing in that regard.
Golden State is one of the worst road teams in the league, hopefully we can end the homestand at 3-2.
Some NumbersKevin Durant is now our leading rebounder, at 7 rebounds per game. I think this is the first time at any point he's been averaging more boards a game than Jeff Green in their careers. Dunno if this is a good thing or not.
Golden State, unsurprisingly, leads the league in pace. Hopefully our young guys stick to their game and don't get baited into a high tempo, score fest that favors GS.
A QuestionWill the bench bounce back after a horrible effort against Boston?

Apparently you missed Serge Ibaka going nuts during the first half of that game. Of course he only played 6minutes in the first half but it was 6 minutes of heaven.

Hey Shaun Livingston hasn't looked too bad.
Also PLEASE DISALLOW KD FROM DOING THAT CLEAR OUT. He never scores with that play.

Westbrook's been awful on both sides. KD is forcing shots against THE WARRIORS. We're shooting under 40% against THE WARRIORS.
Not acceptable!

agreed. Total B.S
Harden and Green are the only thing we have going....which worries me as Green has been known to disappear after strong starts.

Defense has improved in the third, common theme for this team.
Warriors getting tired and frustrated by some questionable refereeing.

Well it's nice to get the win.. this was our game as soon as Maggette was ejected, an already depleted Warriors team couldn't keep up the hot shooting.
I'm a little disturbed by KD's 44 minutes; was that really necessary in this one? Did we really have to leave Green, Durant, Harden, and Westbrook on the floor to close this one out with a 14+ point lead and two minutes remaining? What if one of them gets injured?
Although unspectacular, Livingston was head and shoulders better than Mike Wilks has been, so that was good. Harden of course played well. I'm tempering my excitement about any good play on offense since we did just beat the Warriors.
Nice to be two games ahead.. hopefully we can beat Memphis because that CLE / DEN back to back is brutal.
