My Track & Field Previews

Post#1 » by TheGlyde » Wed Aug 6, 2008 12:20 am

Hi all,

The Olympics are not far away now, and I'm getting pretty psyched about the Track & Field.

I've started putting up some previews and my tips for the events on the Track & Field forum, and I'll add a couple more categories each day.

To start with, I've previewed the Mens and Womens Sprints:
Mens Sprints
Womens Sprints
Mens Jumps
Womens Jumps

Check them out and let me know what you think, more to come

Is it just me or dont the female spiriters have a longer career then males, at the high end.

On the male side, I disagree... I think Bolts the man to beat. If he was entering without the resume he already has, then u can argue abt his inexperience. Perhaps he doesnt have the international competitions under his belt, but im picking him to take the 100 and 200m.

Think there's any chance we see a WR in the 100?

I would think that since Gay and Bolt are so close, there'd be a decent chance at it.
