Yeah Rudy has to realize that his FT shooting may have cost them the gold today. Refine that form big man!

USA's defensive strategy really took France out of any sort of rhythm. That loss wasn't on Rudy.

Remember when Evan Fourier said that France was better than Team USA. That did not age well

This was probably his best game in Tokyo. He looked so uncertain and awkward in some earlier games. He looked like NBA Tatum tonight

Refs were in our pockets. Lillard couldn't start for any team in the Euro League. Blahbedy blah blah blah.

I bet he will say it about Lillard, just like he said it about Joe Harris :clown:

Oh, guaranteed. I know that dude's schtick like the back of my hand. So do you.

Why are they interviewing anyone besides Durant here? No one else played particularly well in the tournament.

This gold feels so good after all those threads claiming NBA stars are fake and FIBA would expose them.

He was great against the Czech Republic, but considering the stakes, it's hard to argue. I've been on his ass pretty much from the very start, but we wouldn't have won without him tonight.

Team USA looked like an NBA 8th seed out there, you take KD off this team, they wouldn't even win bronze.

This was one of the worst USA teams to ever play, like this was up there with AI and Marbury Olympic team.

KD shouldn't have to carry a bunch of guys in their prime to a gold medal. It was sad.

I think this run really proves that experience is more important than talent. KD of course has years of experience playing on teams loaded with all stars, so he easily went to work. Unlike poor Lillard who was confused by not having the corpse of Carmelo Anthony or a panting Nurkic to play off of

Lillard never eclipsed 11 points once in the tournament. That's embarrassing as ****. Jrue came right out of the Finals and was simply better and far more crucial to our win. Thank God he showed up or we're not winning this tournament.

Welp, maybe next time we can get more than 1 of the 10 Americans who made an All-NBA team this year.
