apparently the most popular restaurant at olympic is Mcdonald's, athletes starting line up from 9 AM and it never stop until it close probably. mostly athlete eat clean food especially preparation before their tournament begin but reportedly Usain Bolt eat 100 nuggets before he win his 100M race

idk what to say about this but those athletes already ate clean food for years and cheating once a while is not problem i guess

Man I don't get it at all

Maccas is crap. One thing I'm proud of my country is that Maccas have pretty much failed, and they're only keeping a few restaurants for the tourists. Locals generally don't set foot in there

One of the most fun things when visiting another country is to try the local cuisine, and Brazil has a lot to offer.
Who knows, maybe the facilities are far from other restaurants, or the athletes don't have time to explore

Only just found this thread but was curious about the number of outlets per capita in comparison to Europe.

It’s really interesting, but I’m sure that I eat from McDonald’s very rarely.
