Seriously, this guy needs to see a psychiatrist.

He is the 2nd fastest man in history and has gone under 9.8 more times than anyone on the planet, but he can only run well if he is 3-4 metres ahead of the rest of the field.

Every big final he has been in he has choked, except the Commonwealth games where he won easily in a slow time.

Seriously, get him a shrink... Lausanne Result

He just ran a 9.72 with only a 0.2 tail, equalling the 2nd fastest time in history... I want to see him push Bolt.

I wouldn't be surpise if Powell breaks Bolt's record and regain the 'world's fastest man" status

I think the season is pretty much over now after the world athletics final so he won't do it this year. His performances since the olympics have been pretty crazy though he has ran a 9.72, 9.77, 9.82, 9.83, 9.87 and another 9.87. Its amazing that he couldn't manage to get a medal considering how well he has ran in the month following the olympics.
