Pretty pleased with how the draft played out for me after getting poor lotto position. Went in with a really old core and poor frontcourt depth, came out with the No. 1 pick and a C with good offensive upside who will probably gain PF eligibility, too, at some point.

I think you got the steal of the FFDL draft. I was hoping he would fall to 11. Doubted that he would.

They do have a bit of a log jam at the possition but you have to figure they will give the #1 over all pick some PT.

Since we are talking up our pick, I grapped a very skilled seven footer playing on a crap team, and a tall pass first point guard that is a defensive guru and the only PG on his team (at the moment).

I really like Cody Zeller. I thought he had a chance to go #1 overall. I based that on the fact that is brother Tyler had a decent season last year(Old No & knows what I'm talking about) and Cody is the more talented brother.

I guess the season is still a ways off, but this might be the first season in a while were I am not starting with a player on the IL.
