Now that both have been drafted. Thoughts on Curry and KD on the Dubs from a fantasy basketball perspective. I still see both as top 3, but I can see one dropping a bit and it's hard to figure out. KD is new to the team, but I can see Curry taking a step aside to let him be who he is.

I'm interested in moving up from 18 or 23.

I think first 3 is really really close. They are Curry, KD & Harden. Westbrook is 2nd tier IMHO. because he will definitely **** up your FG% and TO.

I was 100% sure that I was gonna pick who was left of my tier 1 list. However bww went with AD (who is an injury risk) and I had to make a hard decision between KD and Harden.

I just didn't want to risk the possible chemistry problems in Golden State. Something's gotta give. They are much more loaded than Big-3 Miami. I'm 100% sure points and assists of Durant and Curry are in jeopardy. And let's not forget, the more a player is scoring, the more likely their production will decrease, especially with another volume shooter in town. They are already shooting 50% from the field, so it is hard to pull it over 52% at least on their first year together.

That's why I went with D'aHarden

By the way if everyone can email the person picking after them, that would help a lot

I think westbrook was the best option at #1. Yes he will hurt your fg%, but the potential volume is so high. With durant and curry you are betting on an increased efficientcy will off set the drop in numbers across the board.

The guy i would have drafted at #2 is still on the board. But i wouldnt blink at harden at 1-3. New coach may push his offense even higher.

That would be me.

I corrected it but it would be great if everyone can check their picks on the draft thread to ensure everything is in order (specifically Tkunit, Woody and theman)

Probably not, at least for a while. We started too early. I'm largely not available until about Sept 12.

everyone post your picks so that they can be added to the first post on the draft thread. It would make the trade offers a whole lot easier.

I really struggled with the selection... I can't remember the last time where things weren't clear cut at the top. Curry's value definitely drops... but Durant does too. AD has an injury history, plus he's still really young and has no talent around him. It's pretty tough to dominate in that situation. I was choosing between Harden, Westbrook and Curry for #1. Westbrook's potential FG% and TOs scared me a little too much. Triple double's like there's no tomorrow... I was really close to eating those and taking him anyway, as H2H can be forgiving some weeks. Decided to play it safe.

I'm thinking Durant's value drops more than Curry's but time will tell. Minutes drop for everybody, obviously. Decrease in TO for Curry seems automatic, and I'm also hoping for a slight bump in ASTs to make up for the drop in PTS, 3s and REB. We'll see. If he ends up in the top-3, I'll be super happy with my choice, as I think he carries the least risk.

I might be willing to move out of one or both 20/21 (not both in the same deal though). Looking for 2nd rounders and bumps in 3rd rd at minimum. Email if interested.
