Actually the reason for me to do it is because Hawes shares my BDay (April 28).

Seriously though, I figured Nate would be a huge upgrade over my guards and Thompson's value was perhaps a bit lower for me as I also have Bosh, B. Lopez, ZBo and Murphy at the same position.

That 2nd round pick wasn't going to net me much probably anyway.

We'll see how this turns out. Might blow up in my face if Thompson turns his season around... I still think he has a higher ceiling then Hawes, but only the future will tell.

I like Jthompson a lot. If he can stay out of foul trouble he will be very good.

Thornton for CDR? I'd rather have CDR but who knows who NJ picks up in FA.

Ron Artest and Vince Carter are available for future 1st rounders or young talent.

on Artest: He's underperformed up until now, but when season starts winding down, and the Lakers have secured their spot...PJ will be resting Kobe, and Artest will get a ton of run, helping any playoff bound team to overcome the "playoff allstar blues" (you know, when your best player plays diddily squat during the fantasy playoffs? Artest's long term value is better than most think. He's barely 30, and chances are, he'll not last in LA long anyway...

On Carter: The guy plays when it's worth it, and Orlando is already fighting for home court advantage in the playoffs, he'll come up big down the stretch.

Correction east, Thornton and a 1st rounder for CDR. Change your mind about that one?

Hahahaha, you sold all your young talent to contend and now you're giving up on the playoffs? Looks like that loss to me really did crush your spirit.

I tire of berating this bottom-feeder. Maybe Stanford should be my rival instead?

That's good because I tire of your broken record routine...

FYI: You can make anyone your rival...it won't change your record of not winning anything in this league anyway.

Not sure how it helps CFan, but okay.

Thornton has under-performed a little this season but he still has upside. Since we brought CDR in as a FA he really helped change the complexion of our team. His FG% and FT% helped lead our team to many victories in those categories. However, CDR's numbers have been on a steady decline ever since Yi returned to the lineup. I was hoping to keep CDR through the play offs and then trade him after the season for a future pick. I just jump the gun a little.

I just couldn't resist reacquiring Thornton. Basically, I traded my 2009 second round pick Roy Hibbert for Tony Parker and a 2012 first. Seem like a good deal.

It's nice to be back in the 2012 draft. I was a little uneasy since trading my pick to Sly. I think there is a good chance this trade means we move up in that draft.

I didn't realize how awful Vince Carter has been until now. What a bucket of suck.

Hey ham, any updates?

I already told you my offer is better.

But in the end he is going to trade with WB for CDR.

You know...now that I think about it, you might be right. Deep down inside I thought:

Man if I can't beat Carl's pathetic team, what chance do I have against real contenders like BWW, Stanford, and Kohanz!

Exactly. Against WB I've had to be the brains and the brawn. This way, I can still be the mouth and you can be strong like the Russians. You can be the Ivan Drago to my Larry David.

If anybody has a moment, I need someone to make a random number sequence for the lottery in my fantasy baseball league's minor league draft. We use this site http://www.random.org/sequences/ and are looking for a sequence from 1 to 13. Then post the results in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=94&t=958149&p=22142343#p22142343

Thanks if anyone can help. Just need one person to do this.
