Truth be told...I think your Tyreke pick was probably one of the best picks, right up there with BWW taking Gallinari (who I considered taking but thought he'd be another Tskitishvili). I didn't have much pre-draft information, I only knew I wanted Rubio and Curry...until Rubio burned me in the FFL. I considered Gallinari, but I thought he'd be another Tskitishvili.

I actually went with Harden thinking he would start...he's been ok, and I'm glad I traded him while he was producing at the highest level...I wish I would have gone for Tyreke.

I thought Harden would start as well. I guess you know what that says about my fantasy abilities.

Yeah...your team totally sucks, and you have no eye for talent.

maybe it's always been weird, and you're just now noticing it.

Here's a fun exercise:

The consolation winner in 05 was Carl. He lost in the championship game the following year.
The consolation winner in 06 was Ham. He won in the championship game the following year.
The consolation winner in 07 was Stanford. He won in the championship game the following year.

That's a rediculous trend. The winner in the consolation bracket has been in the finals the following year, every year of this leagues existance, twice winning it. What does that say about brians chances this year?

Ahh everyone please note that mighty Standford streamed the last day of the week because beating Skai 8-1 would have been a unacceptable.

More than anything else this season, it's the pettiness of the guy who is probably going to win the title that sometimes makes me question whether I still want to be in this league.

In essence, you're an a**hole.

:)

I have indeed been trying to win this week 9-0. I've benched a bunch of guys the last two days in an attempt to take TOs. Now I've added one guy in an attempt to shore up steals and hopefully get lucky in blocks. That's more than 5 players I've benched and one I've added. I'm not sure how that's unsportsmanlike or petty.

No reason to leave the league. I'm leaving at the end of the year. I can tell I've worn out my welcome with a surprisingly (I guess) large amount of members.

I don't really know you Carl, but I do know that I've heard a lot of complaints about trying to deal with you over these four years, leading me to believe you're an incredible a**hole.

pettiness

What a **** league, where people gets pissy about ONE ADD per week. One **** add.

Good riddance. What a bunch of **** whiners.

Is that all it takes? I fully endorse a pro-streaming policy...even if it's a team playing against me...if it means Carl leaves.

If you leave not only would it be a boost to the character of the league, I think it'll make things very interesting over the offseason so I'd probably stay in that scenario. Fingers crossed bro.

Haven't I been detracting from the character of this league for four years now? Isn't that why Craig brought me in? Why is this just becoming an issue now?
