After The Invincibles win it all this season there will be no comparison between our teams historically speaking. Pff... like we haven't done the .700+ winning percentage thing before.

I was having trouble this morning accessing the add/drop players; but, all seems to be working now...

Looking at the team records compared to other years this looks like it's going to be the most exciting playoffs we've ever had. It would certainly be memorable if someone (wink, nudge) upset Stanfurd in the finals this year (wink, nudge).

It looks to me like the 6 playoff teams are set, though the 3-6 seeding is up in the air. Brian and I are back enough which would be hard to cover in 4 weeks given the schedules Carl, Jordan, and AlciG have. Kohanz has the toughest schedule but he's in 3rd.

8.5 games from 6th back to Brian (7th) and 10 to George (8th)...and you two have to play each other in the last round. The stars will have to align for one of you to get there.

Amazingly there are only three games separating 3rd and 6th.

Well kids, it looks like some changes need to be made. Contenders how are looking to knock of Standford I have vets. Bottom feeders looking to rebuild, I have kids.

I need guards more than forwards and wouldn't mind first round picks.

And give me time to reply. I have no electricity at my house so no idea when I will be able to check in.

Brian and George are starting to play well...very well. Danger signs.

We still need a couple of more weeks in the regular season as time is against us, and as you pointed out, we play each other in the last week. I may beat Coady's team this week, but his team had monster output last night. I have an advantage in games played this week, so I'll need every bit of that, and hope that Wade's injury keeps him out today and tomorrow.

My team really benefitted at the trade deadline. Blatche has been unbelievable (also Foye is been playing better) and McGrady is actually playing and playing well. Hopefully, he'll be healthy and in shape enough to play 30+ min/game soon. Also, once Garcia is in game shape, he'll get more minutes with Martin shipped out.

It's a nice consolation that my team is finally playing well, and if it weren't for your favorable schedule down the stretch, I might even have a chance. AT this point, though, making up 8+ games in a few weeks could be too much. For now, though, I'll enjoy my team's potential for next season. Louis Williams is back in the driver's seat, putting up solid all around numbers. Marcus Thornton is my waiver-wonder star, and he's only getting better. Vince and Ron are my veterans, and they'll put up what they usually do. And I have my team building on guys like Eric Gordon and Carl Landry who aren't slouches (plus I have Barbosa and Greg Oden waiting in the wings, and 2 draft picks this year).

On a side note: What is the record for 3s in a week in this league? Anyone know? I'm at 63 now and could easily break 70 by the end of tomorrow night.

Oh the excuses. After starting up 0-2, I've gone 12-3 over the past 15 weeks. Of those three losses, two were by the measly margin of 5-4.

The Stephen Curry trade hurt you real bad.

Realistically, I could lose the final four weeks if Wade is out for the year, and especially if Roy can't stay healthy.. Wouldn't that be wild.

It would really open up the championship race, with five teams (you, bww, Kohanz, Setterlund and AlciG) all having legitimate chances to win the title.

Gotta agree with you on that one. In my defense, I traded him while he was up and down in Nellie's rotation. At some point, I remembered that Nellie can single-handedly kill someone's fantasy value with his psychotic rotations. So, I traded him for basically 2 guys, who when healthy and not in their coach's doghouse, outplay him (Ford and Barbosa). Plus I got an upgrade from Turk to Vince Carter. Hard to say no to that deal...I'm not too worried though. considering the trades, good and bad, I'm still on the verge of making the playoffs, and with the roster I have, I'd be tough to beat (most of my guys are getting extra burn and will continue to do so) because it's nearing the end of the season. Oh well. Next year can't be soon enough.

On a side note: Gotta love Al Harrington the last 2 days: 60+ points, 60%+ FG, 11 3 pointers.

George finishing really strong. I am scared. Would hurt to lose my playoff spot now.

I think you're safe. My numbers this week are bit inflated since the schedule gave my team a lot games played. Kohanz's team does look to be the most vulnerable right now. He's currently down to AlciG 2-7, and then he faces your team and bww's over the next two weeks, while I have skai and insfo.

Yikes, I didn't realize the #6 seed was going to go down to the wire like this. Kohanz doesn't really scare me in the playoffs but I don't think anyone wants to face The Hammer. My projection has Kohanz finishing 1 game ahead, with the possibility of beating Ham by as much as 4 games or losing to him by as many as 2. Still gotta give the edge to Kohanz because of that big lead but all it takes is a big game or an injury to change everything.
