This is some final. Right down to the wire. No offense to the rest of AlciG's roster but Durant is a one man army.

yes; Sunday add/drops count towards that total.

Did people expect Durant to become this good this fast? It's scary, he's been, IMO, the #1 player in fantasy this year.

Yeah indeed... It's going to be a nailbiting finish.

No offense taken. Our team is very excited for the future with Kevin leading us.

Good luck tonight... It's going to be very close, but for now you're looking good.

I just hope I have a bit more luck

Going down to steals. A very worthy final. We'll crown ourselves a new champion too!

The Invincibles hold the tie-breaker because they won our only meeting this year. So we need to be the better thieves in order to win. :-?

Yup, all the other cats seem relatively locked. I should have you in FG% at this point and we just didn't have enough ammo to make another run at rebounds and blocks. It's pretty much a flip of the coin tonight. You need to beat my by two steals today, but that's not much of a deficit, haha. May the better team win. Either way, 2nd place is going to be a rough loss after such a back-and-forth final.

Yeah... definitely a crazy-finish to this season. Keep on top of the pre-game news to see who's sitting and who's not! :)

You could see it that way if you want to--though I do have at least 2 guys who are simply injury replacements and won't have much value next year...

But either way that doesn't change the fact that waiting until the next draft would benefit most people. At least, it would have benefited TheMan, who came back the day of the draft to find Gallinari off his team roster.

Well, I don't, so I will be looking to make a deal (or more likely two). This is no waiver fodder on my roster so I would like to either trade a player for a future pick or do a 2 for 1 or possibly even a 3 for 1. Peruse the following list and make an offer.

On a related note is it possible to turn the trade function back on tomorrow? It could make trades easier.

YOUNGS:
Wesley Matthews (Uta - PG,SG) 12.8/3.4/3.4 (April) He is a great defender and won the starting 2 guard position. Utah has so much faith in him they traded Ronnie Brewer. Finished the season as the #8 ranked rookie.

Nicolas Batum (Por - SG,SF) 11.2/3.4/1.0 (March) The second year player, who won the starting SF position in Portland as a rookie continued his stellar performance in 2010. He is Portland's top defender and puts up incredible %'s 52.3/41.3/87.8 and he is still improving.

Donte Greene (Sac - SG,SF) 11.6/3.7/1.1 (Feb.) Inconsistent, but that is to be expected from a 22 year old sophomore. At 6' 11" he is a great source of blocks from the shooting guard position. Has also shown the ability to score a ton of points. Has already had a game where he scored 31 points.

Kendrick Perkins (Bos - C) 10.1/7.6/1.0 Boston signed former all star Rasheed Wallace in the off season and Perkins numbers went up. He is one of the best defensive big men in the league and still only 25 years old. He is adding to his low post moves and has always been a good passing big man.

ENTERING PRIME:

David West (NO - PF) 18.8/7.4/2.9 A phenomenal player he contributes in almost every category. Had 20 double-double in 09/10.

Nenad Krstic (OKC - PF,C) 8.4/5.0/.7 Solid center with PF eligibility who won't hurt you at the free throw line. Looking for a return to the 16/7/2 numbers from his days in NJ.

Carmelo Anthony (Den - SF) 22.8/6.6/3.3 Has been added to the list of best players in the league and that shows up in the fantasy numbers.

Nene Hilario (Den - PF,C) 13.8/7.7/2.5 was written off a few years ago following a cancer diagnosis, but that is well behind him, as is the assumption he is frail, 77 and 82 games the last two season. A unique player. How do you like 1.5 steals from the center position?

T.J. Ford (Ind - PG) 13.6/2.6/4.0 (March) One of the quickest points in the league. Put up very respectable numbers prior to getting hurt. Will be a great source of assists for years to come.

VETERANS:
Michael Redd (Mil - SG,SF) : 21.2/3.2/2.7 ('08) Will finally be playing with a really point guard which should open him up for a lot more 3 pointers. He has historically been a very productive fantasy player and should return to form by next year.

Tony Parker (SA - PG) 16.0/2.4/5.7 A great point guard capable of 10 assists in any game. Also a good source of points and good shooting percentages.

Ben Gordon (Det - SG) 20.0/1.7/4.5 (April) Detroit appears to have finally learned how to use him. He has averaged 23.8 points and 4.6 assists over the last five games.

Andre Miller (Por - PG) 15.3/3.5/5.8 (Post All-Star Break) Portland was slow to embrace Miller as the starting point guard but he shined all season and things only got better once the Trailbrazers traded Steve Blake. Andre Miller contributed 22 points, seven assists, four rebounds and four steals in his 34 minutes, sinking 9-of-16 from the field. "Andre was unbelievable again (Monday)," coach Nate McMillan said.

Paul Pierce (Bos - SG,SF) 18.3/4.4/3.1 The Celtic's MVP shows no signs of slowing down. He is one of the toughest players in the league. He would run naked and bare foot through hell if it leads to the basket. He is a solid contributor in all categories.

Antawn Jamison (Cle - SF,PF) 20.5/8.8/1.3 (pre-trade) I have always touted Jamison as one of the most under rated fantasy players. All he does in contribute. Once LeBron leaves Cleveland it will be Jamison's team.

Kevin Garnett (Bos - PF) 14.4/7.3/2.7 The former #2 overall pick in the first ever ffdl draft is still a force to be reckoned with. He can fill it up across the board.

Corey Maggette (GS - SF,PF) 19.8/5.3/2.5 Can literally win you FT% by himself. He takes a ton and makes them. Scores and has very respectable rebounding and assist numbers.

TheMAn, sent you an email.

In other news: Ham, I think you've got the Consolation Championship. I need a +3 in 3s, +4 in steals and +.012 in FG% to take this thing. I Don't think it's going to happen. I could see it going 6-3, but that could be it.

My cuts stay the same:

Out: Jarrett Jack, Matt Bonner
In: Blake Griffin, Anthony Randolph

Just want to see what the lottery throws up before I decide what to do with my team.

Also If Coady is leaving, what will we do? Dispersal and expansion? Straight swap?

I'd like an expansion draft, but the problem is, that would leave us with uneven teams. We may need a straight swap:

WBs team for Coady's team.

Seriously though...I'm not sure I like the idea of a newcomer taking over the top team. Why don't we have a lottery to see who takes over his team in the league and give the new manager the team that is already being ditched.

Or, if there's anyone in the league who's been MIA this year (TK?), we could just disperse both Coady's and TK's.

looks like AlciG just made a huge run in STL...

we can't hand over a top team.... it's looking like dispersal is the way to go. I'll consider all of the ramifications soon enough and make a call...

AlciG's team showed up huge in steals tonight. That's one of those things that's hard to predict but he did make a couple good pickups too. Congrats man, if I had to come up short at least it wasn't against Standford.

Carl, yet another gut-wrenching loss, and that elusive championship still evades you.

Congrats to AlciG, from almost giving up to barely beating me, then to give Stanford his comeuppance and then win it all, amazing effort. And you did it without Arenas for a large chunk of the season, and Bosh in the final.

Both teams should go into next season as #1 and #2 in the power rankings.

I tell you one thing I would really love - dispersal. Allocate Coady's players in a fair way...bring in an expansion team...place restrictions on what the expansion owner can take from a team...give them a first-round pick...voila? Not so simple, but I am looking forward to it.

Very good try Carl... You made it very hard for me... WOOHOO

Thanks a lot Jordan... all my 3 rounds of the POs could have gone either way, I was lucky to come out on top.

It's been a great year for me:
3 Championships (FFDL, Money League and Rugged Generation)
1 Consolation Championship
1 Consolation loss

So is everyone but Coady back for next season? I'll be back. I guess I (not Brian) am truly Mr. Consolation, now with my 2nd consolation title. Maybe it's a good sign, as the last time I won the consolation, I won the championship the following season. Congratulations to AlciG on the title. I think KD has been on the winning team of half my leagues this season.

It's yours man, you earned it. Nice win. My team just couldn't overcome so many injuries to my top guys: Eric Gordon, RIP Hamilton, and Al Harrington were carrying my team down the stretch. No excuses though...

I also wanted to put my vote in for dispersal. We might even consider dispersing more than one team if others aren't coming back? I'm fine with an expansion draft too. Should be a fun offseason.
