btw, I think there were 1 or 2 rule changes that people wanted, but can't remember what those were. I think we tried to implement something after the draft started but then decided to leave for the next year?

This is not a comment about a rule change, but just terminology: yahoo transaction limits are add limits. Drops don't count. So a limit of 6 means you can do 6 adds, or 6 drop/adds. If there is an add in the transaction, it counts against the limit, and if there isn't, it doesn't. The commish tool for 'edit league settings' calls this "Maximum player acquisitions per week".

So if you were thinking it would allow 3 drop/adds per week if you set the limit to 6, then... no. It will allow twice that many.

I think we had a 45 move limit for the season and 3 per week. That is the correct way to go IMHO.

I only have a slight change proposal. We might add a 3 moves per week limit during the season on top of the 45 moves. So in the last 3-4 weeks of the season a manager who has 30 moves left, won't be able to stream even if he wanted to.
