In other news, I wonder how many times the 1st overall pick has won. It would be interesting to see what position over the years has been the "winning" position. Not sure how easy that would be to determine.

You're only picking in front of me half the time. I pick in front of you the other half.

Of course, but I'm just glad I pick ahead of you 1st

The vote ended in a 5 to 5 draw.

In the event of a tie, I cast the deciding vote. But, I'll give it until the end of the day to see if there are any stragglers who haven't voted that would like to.

Again, 6 votes out of 20 is not "majority". In order for a rule to be changed, there should be consent of at least 11 participants.

We've never had enough of the 20 to care about the rule changes to vote. If we waited for 11 affirmative votes, we'd still be operating under our original rules from 2004.

Example: Last year's vote to do away with the IL had less than 11 affirmative votes, I think.

I think Break's vote of no confidence in a rule change should be categorized as a vote for option 1 ;)

1) 45 limit with no weekly limit

2) 45 limit with a 4 add weekly limit in addition

Majority wins.

I only vote in the event of a tie.

I don't think you've counted this one bww? playoff rule is a totally different one, we can vote on that on a seperate vote. This one is about regular season.

last year was the perfect season to pick curry. Got him in 4 leagues and he carried me to championship in 2 out of these 4. He was simply incredible.

I "knew" Curry would have a huge year last season if I simply refused to pick him in any of my leagues, so as a GSW fan I made the sacrifice and let him go to other managers on the cheap.

Please repeat this season for Curry and Bogut.

I guess jazz and I should formalize this since I'm starting up trade discussions involving draft picks.

I trade all my draft picks (14 slot in the draft) for all of jazzfan's draft picks (4 in the draft). Once jazz confirms I can proceed with any future trade discussions.

Yup. As per our wager last year, I agree to this trade.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

We we're still tied 6 to 6?

I vote for Option 2.
