Skai wrote:Okay, I read the clarification on the league homepage and it said, "So YOU do not have to wait until the game is over." That was the basis for dropping Flynn on the day of, rather than after.

Did not think to come here first.

That was my mistake. I have changed it on the league board, so now everyone should know. Truth be told, I still prefer day of rather than waiting till the game is over, but this rule will make it less confusing and less chances for any mess ups

WB and I have agreed to a deal. I'm trading him Darren Collison, Glen Davis and a 2012 1st rounder for Eric Gordon and Emeka Okafor.

Confirmed.

The deal on the league page includes Carl's 2012 1st.

now THAT'S a relief.

I was beginning to worry that I made you the sucker. You know, trading two guys who were EXTREMELY outperforming their usual low rankings early in the season.

And to think if I had been more attentive to my email, I could have taken your offer of both Collison AND Salmons for just Eric Gordon.

Can you include that I have CFan's 2013 pick where ever the official list of picks is being kept?

Front page. I'll make the change.

Was that his 2nd rounder or his 1st?

I am tempted to say first but it was a second.

And I'm tempted to just give you his first, for that "sucker" comment he made 8-)

Hey, The Invincibles are happy to pick up a reliable double-double machine in Emeka Okafor (who also has played all 82 the past three years). The real reason I wanted that trade though was for the NBA's next emerging superstar: Eric Gordon. Ever since my boy Rudy Gay told me Gordon was the most impressive player at the FIBA World Championships, I've been looking into this guy. Perennial All-Star written all over his forehead.

Ladies and Gentlemens, I'd like to introduce the league's best center rotation: Amare, Boozer, Bogut and Okafor.

Good, I'm sure you'll also enjoy his mediocre games when he frustrates you with a 10 point, 1 3, and 40% FG. They come about every 3 or 4 games. Okafor will also get you going with his 8 point 7 rebound games too.

Say what you want about Gordon, I think by the end of the season he's a consistent scoring guard in the 24 PTS/5 REB/6 AST range.

This is why I traded him when he was putting up those numbers, because it's a nice illusion.

So are any draft picks included in this latest deal?

WB is building a very strong team.

for cfan.

Ray Allen strong? RJeff is doing about as well as Ray Allen right now. And when Ray Allen has to sit some games late to save his energy...that's a big loss for Karl.

Another week, another 5-4 victory. We just eked one out this week. Down 4-3 going into the final day but our defense really stepped up and grabbed a lot of steals and we got huge 3 pointers from Wall, Wesley and Antawn.
