Well that sucked.

Is there a list of available players for the draft? In Yahoo it is showing all players as available (unsure why)

No. The "why" is because yahoo is stupid.

I need to enter all the players manually into every team, instead of just saying "set the rosters as they are". However, if you want to know if a player is available look them up in the league on yahoo or on page 15 (I might bring that forward). For example, Nikola Jokic, you should see that he is owned by The Man. Then check to see if he has been dropped. No, he has not, so he is not available. On the other hand, if you are interested in Mike Scott PG for the Utah Jazz you should see he is not currently owned, but still need to make sure no one else has drafted him, as of this writing no one has so he is available.

Hopefully, next season is back to normal, we can do cut downs early and the commissioner can enter the players before the draft starts.

Note: I am able to drop players from rosters so as people drop players I would be able to update the rosters.

fifteen (15)

And remember there is no IL until the draft is over. You can not say Klay Thomson (not to pick on you but you have a player currently hurt, I surprisingly do not) is hurt so I am moving him to the IL and don't need to drop a player.

Everyone must be at 15 when their pick is made. Usually it should be before the draft starts but this is a weird season.

No. The "why" is because yahoo is stupid.

If everyone went through the choose keepers step and then commiss finalized keepers it would all work. Yahoo can't read the league's mind on what players are being kept.

I was wondering if that would work. I did it for my team but the little k is not showing up.

Did you click on "Finalize Keepers"? That's what moves all "keepers" to their teams, and after that the FA list will only include those not selected as keepers. You might run into an issue where some teams haven't selected them yet (I did), so you might have to wait until everyone posts their drops here before you select them yourself, in case there are any keeper-less teams.

I did. But not all keepers are in. Since people don't know how to subtract 15 from 17 I don't know if they can click on their keeper.
