Yeah you're right actually. Um, this is a problem.

I guess just give him right of first refusal on Carlisle and let him take his pick?

Thank you. It was a really tough call between him and another explosive forward that GP actually played with, but I could see Blake and Gary having the same chemistry and being just as effective together, plus Blake is a superior individual scorer and passer.

There's also one more great, but misunderstood, run & gun coach (from the 80s).

Yeah I know exactly who you're talking about. Unfortunately these days he's known more for his lunacy than his innovations, of which there are many. Any innovator is going to have as many hits and misses, but it's crazy just how much of the strategy we take for granted was pioneered by him. Definitely one of the great coaches, and even in one of his last seasons when he was more focused on vacation islands than basketball he led one of the most dramatic and shocking things that has happened in NBA history.

Don't sell him short, he was awesome for 3 decades, not just the 80s. :D

Only been one pick, bro. Sorry for forgetting about you. If you want Ricky C, he's yours, if not, you pick and we move on.

Seriously. He's going to be outraged over this and then leave us hanging while we wait again? Isn't he running the project too?

I'm just kidding. My bad. It's my Finals week.

Since people are starting to pick coaches, I'll pick BCA imo, Chuck Daly.

Hmmm, I'm gonna go with Lamar Odom, not quite sure what year I'm going to use yet.

Showtime!

Really surprising to me that he's fallen so far; at this point he's too talented to still be on the board. Give me Big Game James Worthy.

Awesome combo forward who excels at finishing the break. Plus Stoudemire wasn't enough, I needed more guys wearing goggles.

Excellent pick. He was going to be my choice for backup point for sure.

Finals week in March?? Or do you mean midterms? Either way that sucks. Good luck man.

Plenty of talent out there to choose from and if your not timely its your own fault. There are still a dozen MVPs left as well as several DPOYs and stat leaders of every category.

Great pick. He's really a steal at this point. 2006 Brand was a legitimate MVP candidate (just had bad luck, 2006 was so stacked in terms of top level talent), and 2005/2007 weren't too shabby, either. Definitely one of the most underrated players (especially outside RealGM).

Thanks :)

In away you did actually help me choose him. I was reading about him in the top 100 project where you and other posters had some nice things to say about him
