Hey, I am also most likely going to have to pull out of this league. Saying this relatively early so there will be some time to look for replacements.

I'm not sure emailing him should be necessary. He isn't active in the league. Emailing him may get him to come back for a week or two, but I'm really only interested in guys that want to stay on and be active permanently.

If it gets him to set his lineup for the rest of the year then that should be enough. You shouldn't need to post here all season long to be deemed active enough.

Not concerned at all about his posting here. Very concerned about his not being active in the league since the beginning of November.

Ryan Anderson is on the market. I'm in win-now mode so I can't carry him into the PO's. Make an offer.

Me v. Frost in the last week of the regular season--finals preview. Book it.

Just barely eked by with a win against Insfo...and now I get to face Frost with a games-played disadvantage. Nice.

I think we have at least 2 open spots.

To be honest, if we have two open slots, we'll probably just retract a couple of teams.

That's unfortunate, the teams with the most money are going to cash in big in the offseason with increased depth in the draft.

Unfortunate to some, I guess. Or, you could see it as fortune to teams with no money as it expands the pool of FA's that will be available.

We shall see..even with an expanded pool, the top players on the two disbanded teams will go to the teams with the most money, so it'll probably cause some parity issues.

4 blocks and 3 steals is all that stood between me and a date in the finals.
Amir Johnson, David West and Wes Matthews really flamed out this week.
Nice win Jeremy.

Congrats to Fran for his win in the inaugural season of the SKL.

That's the first time you've one a championship here on ReamGM, right Fran?

Rather than finding new players to replace some of our guys that have moved on from the league, I'd like to just trim this down and play with 12 teams. All their players will be placed into the free agent pool.

As for the draft this year, remember we have two. 1) The lottery for all incoming rookies. 2) Auction style draft for everyone else.

I've devised a simple draft lottery that I think I'll execute sometime next week. 6 teams did not make the playoffs. They will all be placed in a lottery to determine draft order.

The last place team will get 20 balls.
11th will get 16 balls.
10th will 10 balls.
9th gets 5 balls.
8th gets 2 balls.
7th will get one ball.

And we draft in the order their balls come up.

To make it simple, I will assign the balls as follows:

Gordon Shibe Doges: 1-20
Twisted Mango: 21-36
Old No 7: 37-46
SA Sugarkids: 47-51
TK: 52-53
Istanbul: 54

I will run the lottery sometime next week, after the draft, to determine draft order.
