It's never easy making a prediction, and for all my 'misses', I've had my 'hits'. I also think you've had your fair share of 'misses' too.

But then again, it takes guts to publicly make a prediction; would love to see more of it.

Agreed. I certainly don't have the guts (or patience) to do team by team analysis.

Also, Brian let's be real here, the consolidation championship is pretty meaningless in the big picture.

Also2, I'm looking forward to my two weeks against AlciG this season. That one week we played against each other last year was my most memorable moment of the season.

Also3, We've never had a two time champ yet in FFDL. Will we this year? Sly? Ham? BWW? Myself? Ham? Ham?

Chris (east) should also give you a good run for your money. Blake, with the recent trade, too. Setterlund even.

Edit: Actually I dont think it was the 9th pick. I actually think the deal was Calderon and 5 for Kaman and 4, or something like that. So not so bad.

So Youngstar is the one that made you a champion.

I've had nothing to work with over the past two seasons, so it's no surprise I came last. I don't think you can consider me an under-achieving manager in FFDL, when I haven't exactly had lofty expectations. I would think theman is an underachiever, when he has had a strong lineup since you guys started, but hasn't won a championship, or made even a final yet.

That was a nice random throwing under the bus. For the record, our is the only team to have finished in the top four all four season. The one season I went for broke and tried to win it all I lost assets and missed the championship due to INJURIES. But when healthy, our is still as good as any team in this league.

Please. Give me a little more credit than that. I had to do a lot of work to this team, building up assets in order to make the big trades I did. Just take a look through the long list of trades I've made in this league. 95% of them were consequential in getting my team where is it today.

Your team isn't as good as mine btw.

We split the series last year.

And I also won the league. You finished fourth.

Oh and by the way, you also split the season series with WB last year. I guess that means your teams are comparable.

I guess you are under the delusion you team would have won the championship had Dirk and Roy been injured?

With three top 15 players and good depth, I'd still be favored over you. No one here, besides yourself would take your team over mine, even without Dirk and Roy.

In that case, can I have them both? :D

I'd probably still go with Stanford w/o Dirk and Roy, but once you lose your 2nd and 3rd best players the gap between you and the rest of the contenders is closer you're making it sound man.

I've said this before but I think this will be the year I get back into the playoffs.

On the block:

Steve Nash
Vince Carter

Still looking to compete this year; but, looking to get younger in the process. Will downgrade slightly for that.

Make that 4. I think he has a good chance of getting a bye.

I predict east's squad will choke again and that he'll trade his best young talent midseason for Amare, Boozer and Hinrich, which he'll regret later during the consolation playoffs.
